Jon's article elucidates the need for tool of logic in analysing arguments that are in fact deceits or conceits of an oppositional or coercive agenda that manipulators and manipulated spin and become ensnared in.

My comment:

Well for one the dumbing down and subversion of the education system is a design strategy and for two the discernment of a hidden personal agenda is natural to anyone who can rest the mental of reaction and simply abide in a relational willingness of receptivity - which of course one will not when identified or triggered within a conditioned personal identification.
So I see your logic as the the test of consistency or congruency - an absence of self-contradiction. For if something is this it cant be that - unless it is both this and that and more.
I have no academic training in logic. I looked up polemic - which I see as an oppositional identity that thrives or arrives at a sense of self by seeking to undermine the perceived adversary or rival.
This sense of getting power from the denial or destruction of power in others is an illusion of power - with all the power of belief and identification invested in it.

A formal argument is closer to a desire to articulate or give form and focus to an issue that has confusion or contention and a sense of needing clarity in order to proceed or act further.
Willingness for communication is not merely a verbal statement or belief - for our hidden agenda includes our subconscious and unconscious denials and operates in act whether we or others recognize it or share the agreements to not see.

I am not arguing against using any tools that serve the clarifying and unifying of purpose in communication and action - but I feel your (Jon') broader arguments are always set within the framework of guilt and the inevitable power struggle to distribute it - and the punishment or dis-empowerment that is part of dealing with the hated and feared - once blame can be set and enforced.

I say there is no possibility of real communication while a power struggle is being enacted and that speaking truth to power is a matter of focusing entirely within the issues of communication as communication - and not using it as the promotion of a self-agenda as the righteous judge and determiner of 'reality'.

I also acknowledge there are those or those in certain triggered states who are not at all open or willing for communication - and while this may well be because their denied terror or rage 'locks' them into a denial mode of consciousness as weapon and defence - one cannot tell them this and be anything but used thereby. One can learn to be the conditions of willingness that do not trigger or inflame the other and extend a presence that is neither deferential or seeking to deny or undermine the capacity to choose that is inherent in consciousness - and thus use what is evident as a means to reflect choices being made that have negative associations - and this can lead to a willingness to open enough to consider other perspectives - and this is a moment of willingness that is easily squandered if seen as a chink in their armour.

If you want war-mindedness - you have it and no one can take it from you - excepting you die or withdraw completely from relational embodiment - perhaps as if to prove death over Life as your ultimate polemic - but... so what?

If you thought war-mindedness was the ONLY REAL option - or the Way things work - then I invite sharing a a curiosity to revisit the underlying conditioning and seek a fresh perspective - for the power-struggle can only result in a world such as we have made and it is a dead end of futile and tragic experience - excepting that this operates a recognition of who we are NOT - by which to awaken who we are from the beliefs that operate beneath our awareness of them.

The willingness to learn is what has to be cultivated, recognized and nurtured. The learning will draw forth its fulfilment with perhaps some guidance and encouragement - or it will meet denials in terms of non-acceptance for its true desire and demands to conform within set patterns that are essentially loveless regardless their presentation. We have to be this for ourselves and recognize that guidance for ourself can come through any agency or synchronicity of event - regardless the forms of our judgements as to what our answers should be or what form they should take.

Imagination opens a channel to Spirit when it is not reactively locked into a negative self-definition - in which case it serves self-limitation.

Humanity presents itself as evolving and progressing whilst engaging in ever more self-limitation. Even the 'rationality' that is focused in the desire to define and control is a form of the same old conditioning in which such an imposition of control was invoked by a conflicted identity or chaotic fragmentation of purpose. True Reason is Sanity - one and the same. You cannot make a unity of a self-contradiction - but you can entertain contradiction AS IF the underlying purpose has been replaced with warring minds and believe it true.

"Know Thyself" is operating in time and beyond time whether we recognize this or attend to the replacement for knowing that the energetic of conflict operates in thought that fleshes out the casting of personae within a negative rendering of  Presence - for every attack on the presence of 'another' is Self-attack unrecognized. Asserting and defending a bunch of thoughts is not the same as the sharing of a truly knowing and being known - and nor will its 'success' arrive at an appreciation your reality - as an integral part of Wholeness. Flowery language perhaps - but when an ancient hate shifts to such a recognition, words are the last things on our mind.

And perhaps the words we start to attract and employ thereafter become unreal, heretical or despicable to the war-minded - and so they are generally filtered out, ignored and passed by, as if the science is settled. But a willingness to uncover truth is never 'settled' but is the movement of Life Itself. To grasp at forms of truth and assert them or possess them is to choose a hollow life at odds with the Movement of your own being. It's a dance! But the joy-song cannot move the armoured

I felt to join in a 'conversation' with what Jon Rappoport is saying:


Logic is consistency and congruency of thought but does not provide its own basis or foundation from which to automatically proceed or unfold itself.

Such a starting point may be an assertion or stated definition or belief that can take the form of a foundation - while already being in contradiction.

"This is that" or false association is the minds capacity to imagine meanings that reflect its own wish to override, distort, exploit and re-frame Felt and Shared Relational Meaning as a sense of power to invoke a private mind-dream upon Shared Mind-Stream (Communication Itself) and reconfigure such mind in emulation to project and externalize its denials and interpret them as world to be likewise manipulated, exploited, usurped.

Imagination without integrity is conflicting purpose. Mind Itself is another term for without limit but thought that is not directly extending the Qualities of Mind is self-contradiction. The law of Mind is its unqualified nature and never in fact defined by any framing perspective within thought by which to use 'As If' to replace 'As Is'. What Is - Is and what Is, is as it is - but can be experience infinitely - which includes experiencing it as it is Not as an effect of holding focus and desire in definition that is untrue of What and Who you are as the awareness of existence; a unique expression of the movement of Being in the act of creation that is integrally part or and one with Every other likewise unique expression of Existence - within a richness or multidimensional interrelated that is both the wholeness (Non Local) AND the specific (Local) at Once - with every instant being a wholeness of integrality clearly felt and received and shared - or mis-taken within the lens of a falsely or incompletely asserted self-definition.

The ability to differentiate in thought within and seemingly from Awareness, is a power to forget, cover over or Not Know, (that you are knowing) is part of the movement of segregative consciousness. Implicit to initiating such movement is the reintegrative movement of coming back into your right (whole) Mind - as Is. The interplay of shifting focus in these apparent polarities of possibility and probability is Experience. But the nature of the Integrative movement is a higher, more embracing perspective of synchronicity... presence - as is.

'What you give out is what you get back' is also a law or unalterable nature of Mind - and regardless any form of expression, its foundation is your reflection. So it can be said as 'where you are coming from is where you are experiencing yourself to be'. Coming from or embodying an idea of conflicted self-definition must result the reflection of conflicting relation or world.

So the experiencing of a self-conflicted dissonance is a result or effect of taking a definition of self and allowing it to run instead of the Mind that is your source and nature - for your own reasons.

But the law of mind as it applies to a false foundation projects itself out as a split off logical extension of denial and denied-ness, that operate in the active but disguised suppression and avoidance of  dissonance-guilt, dissonance-terror, dissonance-rage - and so forth - so that a self-focus can be 'born' within but temporarily unconscious of a deeper imprint conditioning that generates the framing of its world or life experience.

The willingness or grace of noticing and releasing of the false is the stirring or rising of and honesty or undefended awareness of being that recognizes what it is NOT as NOT true and not available or in any sense meaningful to accept, use, focus within, value, identify with or against or persist in giving attention and investment to. The natural movement of being simply operates clearly to a free attention and is recognisably Life - not conceptualizable forms of derivative impressions and association by which to assert or claim a mind of one's own - over (any symbolic or conceptual image of) Life.

This Movement of being is the capacity of discernment - for the acceptance of what is truly resonant and relevant to who you in this instant know and feel yourself to be, illuminates all that is incongruent or dissonant to you within the light of an awareness of a relational wholeness of being - that in simple terms is the call to joy - but as the unfolding or your own unique receiving and giving of wholeness, fulfilment, appreciation, and gratitude.

The Movement of (the focus) of being within the Infinite or edgeless and open quality of wholeness is the restoring of imagination as the true expression of an integrity of embrace - and the healing of a split off sense of self-hatred that was fed by denial and given power by fear to rage demoniacally in an unwatched mind.

This is a sketch in word-meanings of a willingness to open/share perspective of a Living Movement of being. The word-meanings can never substitute for the willingness - excepting a wish to seem to be who or what I am not - for my own reasons. That is - for reasons that can be uncovered and enquired of in simple curiosity to be found revealing of something that serves me in a way that I can now accept, release and move on from or 'put behind me' by the simplicity of embracing what I prefer rather than being defined by what I do NOT want.

Kelly Brogan is a bold voice for integrative approaches to health. The ariticle above is a call to get in touch directly with our body and our true feelings and not to give all power away to external charts and models of how anything is supposed to be.

My comment:
Human consciousness has become negatively conditioned and defined. Instead of a feeling presence of discernment and natural spontaneous response, we are (generally) fear averse and database driven - that is - we filter everything through a database of meanings derived from past interpretive experience. Some of this is near the surface and we can catch it in act and notice that we have such conditioning - and so we can re-evaluate it and make it part of truly conscious acceptance or find it doesn't belong in us or make any sense for us and drop it for what does. Other core definitions and beliefs are much deeper and we don't know that they are there - and yet they effectively generate our template through which we experience and interpret Life, the world, ourselves and others.
If some of the covering core guilt and fear issues can be cleared, then there is a greater capacity to trust and challenge fear-based definitions or apparently negative meanings or outcomes.
The idea of being able to simply tune in and know what you need to know when you need to know it, includes what you need to know synchronously coming through a book or a web page or a relationship or any kind of inner or outer agency of unfolding - perhaps via generated health crisis.
Getting our basic health so as to be free of pain and conflict enough to more clearly live from a sense of wholeness of being, allows a blending of intellect and intuition - as suits are particular needs according to our makeup, the themes we are exploring in this lifetime and the choices we are aligning with as our self.
Living FROM Life is totally different from struggling to avoid pain, sickness and death - which comes naturally without struggle when we are connected or integrated. The liability of 'seeking health' is the tacit reinforcement of sickness or lack that the act of seeking will reinforce - IF coming from a fear place rather than a freedom place - even if there are fears that come up as part of the clearing out of old patterns that do not truly serve or resonate with who you know yourself to be.
Dr Brogan is making a good point in not using health-seeking as just another way of NOT really being the true presence of You. I might add that what is so simple to write and too simple for our conflicted and convoluted minds - is neither easy, pleasant or desirable to those who just want to force Life to fit their demands and conditions as to how their Life to be and just make consequence go away or hide so they can persist in being out-of-true and seem to get away with it - for as long as they can. Self-honesty reconnects us with intuitive discernment - and in the ever fragmenting informational - and disinformational  complexity of Life - we NEED discernment. Practice makes perfect... or one grows an ability be using it. Healing the split of head and heart is the core unity of our true individuality. We are not just a body - and our conscious love and embrace of the body is more honouring than making it a slave to a disembodied wilfulness.

Signal and noise - and a strange gait

I read quite a few comments (to this article) and offer another criteria for discerning signal from noise. Whenever a poster resorts to attempts to invalidate or attack or denigrate others - there is an unwillingness or incapacity to actually communicate.

There is (always) more than 'factual data', there is the interpretation of that data - which is never without agenda. Self-honesty seeks to an openness without merely conforming to pre-existing known or hidden bias. But human beings are not given to self-honesty when they have investment of identity, status, and security at stake. And so the competing of asserted 'realities, models or paradigms' operates like any war, in a world predicated on war - because self-honesty is met with ridicule, demonisation and denial.

The undercurrent emotional conditionings that rule the mind of those who must be perceived to be in conformance to be credible, respectable or acceptable operates a kind of scientism that is presenting itself as a form of coercive agenda

A kind of cloning is readily observable in terms of acquired traits, for the forms or behaviours of influence propagate by induction.
If there is felt to be an advantage - then certain forms are adopted as part of one's persona - which is a kind of meta-communication - through which identity can be masked and allegiances can be indicated.
If there are enough videos going back, the researcher might discover if Putin is a primary seeder as one might expect. When Hilary re-emerged after losing to Obama as part of his team - her diction had become a clone of his.
In fact once you tune in to this - it all shifts to reveal a masquerade

In alternatives to the mainstream news cartel are many perspectives on geopolitics but often falling into reactive narratives based on the same mentality that is being criticized or hated. This was one such.

While partial truths can be glimpsed as some layers of illusion are revealed, the nature of the imprint of power and terror in our whole body-mind is in fact 'our mind', and there is a sense in which the deceiver is never in any outward form but is 'divide and rule' operating within us - using our own thoughts.

You are not your thoughts - but you are aware of them - and can feel them as to whether they are truly aligned with the core signature vibration that is intimately recognizably you.

It will not take more than a moment to notice that you are profoundly identified with your thoughts, and that such thinking operates a sense of control over what are effectively denied or avoided emotional energy and expression. 

Being identified in self concept - in the idea and image of oneself, is inherently a power struggle, a war, a conflicted state of being. Defending against change. This reflects to us as our perception and experience of world. Much of what we feel and think and believe is pushed unconscious - with a front face or presentation of a surface persona - that hides all that is pushed back and down.

The world can be used to recognize the denied self and bring it into true alignment - if that is the underlying desire. But in the persistence of the attempt to prevail as power over one's world', others or Life itself, is the world treacherous and set against you.

I'd thought I was going to write here that key corporate and financial powers funded the rise of the Bolsheviks and Nazis and Maoists and that there are many complexities involved because deceit, along with power born of (and operating) terror is its primary means of gaining power by invalidating and inducing others to give them it. This whole thing is an insanity - and while it is in us we live as if within it.

Power - in this worldly sense - is of a false image, an adulterated sense of the way of light in truth, and a corrupted sense of self - and it cares not what form it masks itself in excepting its own purpose is achieved.

The parasite uses - and uses up - its host. Its victory is over Life and that... is death. For it is the refusal and denial of Creation as it Moves - and when all that would move is conformed and controlled, there is no life - but a mentalism of a mask with nothing left to feed from.

It is mind-breaking to awaken from a false surface persona - but that is the condition in which true heart opening needs to be engaged - right where we are - not in feeding a subtler version of the lie that absorbs the forms of spirituality in exchange for the living relationship.

At different levels, are different perspectives. The outer rings believe they are defending or preserving the good against evil - or accepting the lesser evil. The inner rings believe they are attaining privilege and power. But at the core is a wholly destructive and deceitful intent.

Disengaging from hate agenda is not possible while believing oneself to be fighting it. Self-righteousness is a mask over un-owned self. If you are more in the mask than in your true feelings then as the mask is stripped away - you will not recognize yourself. Only compassion can embrace the negative aspects and bring healing.

Vengeance wants nothing to do with healing. It wants to hurt back and glory in victory of a private self-validation. And if it cant win - then no one shall...

Words as swords of discernment - nor weapons of war

The use of forms of communication as means of war is something that can be called out - it can be called to witness. And it can be thus recognized as illegitimate currency - fake communication.

So for me, entanglement in a war of words is just another self righteous illusion.
IF there is willingness to listen - and TO such willingness to listen, - one can speak the truth that moves us as a result of our own listening within. All else is  masked and distorted by subconsciously conditioned reaction of manipulated intent.

The pattern of the lie and the father of the lie, may be reflected by various roles in the world script - but the only place to undo it is within one's own heart and mind - by restoring true balanced synchronicity OF heart and mind in love - which is nothing like the rule-bound definitions of the mind of a manipulative intent - being a spontaneity of full and open consciousness; a movement of communication unselfconsciously extended.

So I invite using the reflections in the world to uncover the deceits whereby truth is hidden in plain sight, and perception and assertion of 'something else' generated in its place.

But to join in resonance with the healing intent of this article - I say yes to enjoy using words creatively to serve the purpose of the heart. Allow the capacity and quality of communication to grow by letting MORE of it through. Notice the negatives and encoded manipulative devices and dare to rephrase the core meaning in positive and direct terms.

It may make you somewhat unintelligible - because without the coded signs of mutual agreement to entangle in withdrawal and denial of true presence, you will 'feel' different - perhaps refreshing - perhaps threatening to the sense of control over life.

Control over communication is a coercive or tyrannous self definition, assertively imposed. Love is a different order of 'control' that simple knows and feels its way within communication - as one with Life. Guilt - if you let it - will invalidate your sense of worth and connection and leave you open to doubts and fears that guilt beliefs attract.

So be vigilant for any guilt or blame device in your own or other's communications and don't let it run your mind by reaction. Be curious as to the truth here - but know that you cannot discern truth from within guilted fears. The mind has to be released to  - in a sense reboot from a true foundation - to rise up as the wholeness of an integrated movement of joy or true resonant being.

Fear operates a hidden agenda

The following article prompted a deeper response than that framed by its premises.

The context I write to is one where fear, confusion, distrust, and conflict generate a fear of 'evil' and unconsciously becoming defined and used by the very thing we hate and fear.

The hidden agendas running through so much that once was accepted currency of meaning, communication and exchange are as complex as the 'financial instruments' that attempt to coerce outcomes supposedly to 'maintain the economy' yet actually corrupt and work against true health, wealth and happiness.

One always uses 100% faith… it is just a matter of what it is invested in. The corruptions of our own thinking run deep, and no matter how much we may like to apportion blame and cry foul, we are collectively and individually in a net of our own deceits. This is not really news, human uses of consciousness have ever tended to ignorance and arrogance.

There are many facets to waking up. One is of the challenging and breaking of ideas and world-views that were presumed Reality, nut to serve Awakening in a true sense this is occurring within a willingness for integration instead of the wilfulness of a segregative, 'disconnecting' sense of self.

The story teaching and way showing symbol of Jesus operates as a reconnecting with the Reintegrating wholeness of being but its message is adulterated, diluted and effectively covered over by fear-based (segregative) interpretation. It does not matter what serves as the bridge or portal to such Awakened perspective and practice so much as that the communication of one's true presence underlines one's word and deed.

It takes one to know one. True presence is not coercive, therefore to regain a full awareness of own native or original nature and perspective, one will find oneself stepping outside the coercive mentality of justifying hate and pretending it to be power, appealing to fear as protector and guide as if it were a saviour, or employing guilt as a means to control and coerce our own mind or the minds of others.

Freedom cannot be thrust onto one long-chained in darkness, but it can be uncovered in true willingness, step by step by step.

Fear of death, disease, disaster, disgrace or pain and humiliation will have highly imaginative and active components.

I am talking about a self-honesty here at a level that goes far beyond ones presentations to the world or one's own self justifying mentality.

Fear of any kind distorts perception and thus sets up apparent oppositional wills and powers to Life - while it is being used to hide in, and being hidden from.

Moving through fear as it rises up and dissolves is a purificatory transformation.

Identifying with a fearfully defined segregated and separated self-sense does not recognise this Movement of Healing - but interprets it fearfully as loss and death and so defines itself against Life and becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

The blind will lead the blind always to maintain darkness. If you unsubscribe from such a 'guide to nowhere' you allow and invite the Guide for Life and Light to illuminate and prompt your noticing and choices in all things - including the good housekeeping and appropriate corrective actions in the case of healthy running and undoing or releasing negative choices and their effects.

In simple terms to pause amidst the baiting of reaction and check in at the heart will serve you and others well. The depth of this willingness and honesty will grow as it is lived. Living with a false integrity is living a lie; no matter how forcefully lies are asserted they cannot express and extend the truth of you - and nor will their reflections witness unto the truth of you.

Love is not what you do - it is what you are. But unless you live out what is revealed to you THROUGH you. YOU deny your life. Not 'them'. Not germs and toxins - excepting as we have all conspired to project our fear of evil OUT THERE.

The power that we 'give away' abides yet where it never left. We always operate 100% faith but where it is given can be cunningly hidden so as to hold onto a sense of specialness and self-power while playing the weak victim.

Learn to discern willingly ...if you will.

Fear contracts upon itself and rejects wholeness.
Compassion Embraces. The true recognises Itself. The false falls away of itself.

Linguistic misperceptions amidst a 'war' on communication

Summary: Edward Snowden caused more damage to the Internet than the U.S. intelligence community did, according to a former deputy director of the NSA. But of course, he would say that. So, now what?

One can do a disservice to another or to others by acting in a way that undermines integrity, trust of communication and purpose.
One cannot do a disservice to 'the Internet', any more than to 'History'.

The revealing of hidden agendas potentially serves a clearer communication because one is no longer suffering under the illusion of privacy or confidentiality and thereby unwittingly having one's acts and communications used or abused by secret others.

But secret personal agendas are the nature of power struggles, and everyone who subscribes to that mentality engages at some level, personally and collectively in power struggle.

As a result of it becoming more publicized that digitally transmitted information is logged and monitored or surveiled in various ways by powers great or small, one can be more discerning as to what, why and how one acts and expresses themselves.

The 'revelations' could feed into the NSA/GCHQ design by magnifying the fearful belief in an all seeing power that can strike anywhere in the world at will - or put one on a blacklist or indeed an asset list. Thus almost everyone will police themselves in fear and be less and less able to communicate openly if they have to use complex security encoding protections.

As such it is the revealing of uncloaked power, and whatever the reactions or costs to US/UK Tech sector or political reputations globally, it asserts itself under guise of notional security. The notion being that the guise of US interest as defined by its financial and corporate masters is equated with a global influence that extends into the space around our planet.

Power struggles often result in destructive change rather than shifting consciousness more gracefully. The latter is the opportunity to awaken as the Consciousness Responsibility in which mentalities, personas and ideology and beliefs play out as polarites of each other.

The Internet, in its rapidly evolving extension of our own consciousness REFLECTS that consciousness back to us. Humankind has its own inner 'virtual realities' and dislocations from our actual presence, our actual, integrity. We are never lacking faith. We simply choose WHAT to invest it in. If we chase the game of power, we become exclusively identified with our persona/avatar. But as with any inflated bubble of perceived value - it pops to a humiliation that actually serves a true humility.

Discernment is not a strategy so much as an extension of trust. First one has to uncover a basis of trust within one's own consciousness, and that requires releasing the projection and investment of one's own shadow hates and fears on others as a mode of keeping them hidden from one's OWN awareness.

The world as we know it is structured so as to serve the division of consciousness rather than its unified expression. The Internet is being structured likewise by setting up fear. Free sweets make an identification and scarcity holds the control. Nothing new here.

The dependency on externals reflects a lack within. One may shift from fear by recognizing 'external' fulfilments with heartfelt gratitude within, and the extension of such in honour and appreciation into our lives. Whereas the more one fights, the more there is to fight.

A computer maxim is 'garbage in; garbage out'. The thoughts, feeling and beliefs that run in our mind are not really put there by others unless one persists in THAT belief. We choose what to accept into our mind and then act from it and make it our own. This responsibility remains ours no matter how deeply we seem to have given it away. We can never escape it for free will is the nature of our being - as we are created to extend likewise. A virtual layer runs in emulation in which the puppets seem to have cut their strings and be powers unto themselves.
Games are addictive and can persist long after the fun has worn off.
It is all in our Face - as we are willing to see.

Channelling - Why?

Much of my life as an adult has been served by teachings or ideas and insights that are 'channelled' - (see 'Channelling - the Prequel' for a sketch of what I feel to be 'behind' channelling'), yet the point has always been the resonance of articulation or acceptance knowing that is ripe to unfold and be known and not a search outside oneself in accumulating information to prop up or promote a vanity of self regard.
Emmanuel's Book, The Bartholomew Books, A Course in Miracles, Raj, 'The Holy Spirit's Interpretation of the New Testament', being the most resonant for me, but there are many others. One of the newer to me sources (that I am appreciating) is Bashar, and it was on a forum page regarding Bashar that I made the following comments.

1. Why have channelers in the first place, when the scriptures tell us that it is possible to intuitively tap into soul powers and get the answers we need through quiet prayer and meditation? Why not go the direct route rather than via a middleman?
2. How can we be sure that what channelers are tellings is genuinely good for us and not just pleasing to our egos? Do not forget that genuine spiritual insight is often painful, especially to those used to a wordly or materialistic life. Many of us have difficulty accepting blunt truths that assail us from time to time.

The why question is like the why not answer – it does not open to the what.
To listen within in a true willingness to receive, does not set conditions as to the forms in which the revelation of answer or guidance will come – it is open to God/Creation/Self
Or would be open but for the conditionings which our current beliefs set. That God knows the way to find me – regardless of where I think I am or what is or isn’t real – is indeed as simple as to allow and accept and abide in truth. Not simple if we insist on protecting our self-investments, and avoiding transformation!
As to your second part. It is easy to collect a set of ideas and weave an Emperor’s set of clothes with them – but if in truth the ideas are not congruent with our being – then we have attempted to ‘add to ourselves’ rather than seeking first the truth and letting all things be added thereby.
However, guidance in the way of this can mean the difference between opening a direct trust and suffering a long and painful path of self denial.
However, one still has to pass through fear, but one doesn’t have to reinforce fear’s perspective while doing so.
And yes – at first we don’t pass through, because fear controls our thinking without us realizing it is so.
You know how to test for truth. You stay present and you listen and feel the nature of the fruits. You get wise to the ways you hide or avoid so as to give no hiding place. But I am writing to the one who truly cares. If one who doesn’t truly connect with Life wants to persist in an illusion of their own private creation, then they will do so with or without channeling, spirit-guides or spirituality – because to such a mentality, all forms are given meanings that ‘please’ the ego.
I feel to accept it as a given that the ego is active as a habit-momentum of conditioning and be wise to not feeding or reinforcing it. Not giving it too much attention. The false is dissipated by disregard or non-reaction. But the realization of the false is not our judgment but the discernment of what I call the Holy Spirit. One has to connect or receive or join with – rather than apply a template or method from a presumed self reality.
I felt something in your post that moved me to respond. Is that not the way the Universe works – whether apparently within us or apparently outside in the world?

Communication breakdown - its always the same

I posted this on this US Gov invokes special privilege to stop scrutiny of data mining - but it speaks to illuminate the control mentality that is consolidating its power in the proxy US through digital communications surveillance without the consent or knowledge of its citizens. I say proxy US, because I am not sure if the Government there is in fact not a proxy for Corporate interests that use the United States of America as a host through which to maintain the conditions for their own private interests, as if these necessarily coincided with the US or indeed the 'New World Order'.

The temptation is to personalize the issue and engage in righteousness.
The issue I see points to the most fundamental ideas as to what humanity is - what we are - and therefore all that comes from such as we accept true.

The failure of communication may of course be because it has never really been tried. Some kind of war makes propaganda and distrust the normal for everything and whilst the hope of life springs eternal, the signs of it in the minds of those who play out the age is lacking.

Control mentality is a kind of war, whether in advertising or politics. Whilst checks and balances are needed to hold order. This is to be an order in which processes of communication and education can take place. But the blind have nothing to teach except cling on to what you have as long as you can and put the best face on that you can get away with while denying life to others so as to save your own.

Meanwhile, One Life is living all that lives and our capacity to uncover integrity and harmony in our life is available if we are open to it. Fear and control cannot work for more than a short time in which it uses up its own basis and fragments in its own disintegrating babel. Communication requires listening, opening and caring enough to let go of our own prejudgement - of our own thinking. It is a matter of the heart's call and the mind's willingness.

Maybe governments cannot adapt or change. Maybe they simply reflect the patterns of consciousness of their times - of their citizens.

Navigating chaos and confusion calls for discernment not reactive fear and rage. Those are easy to manipulate for those who seek to master the art of manipulation. But one has to play the game to be susceptible to it. None are perhaps as free as they think - but the desire to honour life and know the truth is a significant protection against a lot of dishonest intent.

Evil has the power we give it and the scrap of power we gave it. I don't mean 'evil' as in people we love to hate' - but a sense of intent and design that is anti Life, contra to honest and open desire for well being; a blindness to life in which hate and fear ride roughshod over what trust had grown.

Resist ye not evil, and fear not! - are timely reminders. For what we resist, persists, and fear closes and confuses the mind. The mind - now there is an idea worthy of awakening. Awareness Lives us now - and yet a programmed mask of thinking, runs by our own subscription. What gives?

The mind in its story : Mind revealed in Story

The mind in story is a mind both based upon, and conditioned or programmed by, an active and many layered process of definition and interpretation.
Insofar as it is engaged in exclusively identifying with an identity within its virtual narrative, it is unconscious or unaware of the wishes and desires that constitute the virtual narrative and seeks to prevail, over a sense of chaotic threat to its own existence. It thus identifies over and against that which it cannot control by identifying with a desire TO control.

Perceived reality and thus behavioural response to it, is thus a contest of determinations and definitions that establish a broad range of mutual agreements established in tacit collaboration towards maintaining the narrative of an independent definer and determiner of its own reality.

Thus mind seems to make its own reality, and validate it by apparently sharing it through a process of mutual persuasions, agreements and collaborations, excepting the alliances of such intent do not truly share more than a partial aspect of their minds in highly conditional terms of alliance. For in the onset of threat as a result of conditions not being met, the status and validity of the other, shifts  to be redefined in hateful or self rejecting terms.

But actually mind makes its own experience of reality as a result of setting up a sense of conflict within Mind - that is - within the undefined and undefinable, felt quality, of an indivisible self awareness. Whatever such pure awareness is, remains the undefinable true context of every experience, directly known or interpretively imagined via a derivative and conditional experience of self-limitation.

The narrative sense of mind in process of becoming in time and space is like an overlay of  images and meanings upon an omni-projecting light, such that, instead of recognising our nature in our thought, we identify with a false reflection and feel trapped within our own thought without recognizing our thought. For the true nature of mind is hidden to the desire that would make itself lord rather than express true authority. Self-making denies true authorship in which one recognizes one nature or light in all - (and in all its infinite expression)


(This was the first writing of which the The self in story - a narrative in observation replaced. Not because This was in any way less, but because I thought to write a short reference linking to a longer article here - but the short reference flowed to be its own article. This, though similar, still makes points that felt worthy of reflection and so I also include it here. The mind is not going to understand its way to realization, but it can understand why it cannot understand! Essentially it cannot stand apart as if outside and separate to all that it conceives and perceives. It can however, generate such an experience and believe it, and does so by believing it. Investment of attention is desire, and to give attention is to extend your presence. But to give the gift of you to what is not true is to place images upon the heart and make false association. The gift of you is the basis upon which you know that you are - as you are. But the giving and receiving of what cannot be truly shared is the way of believing that you are - as you are not! To rest in the moment and allow an intimacy of being, restores the mind to its true function - as the beholding and recognizing of You. At first this might not seem You - but Being or Spirit or God or the Buddha-Nature - or whatever cultural symbol serves your own acceptance. The important thing is allowing the sense of being in and of - without recoiling or controlling or interfering. This is an extension of trust - and that is the realignment of mind in Mind - or a coming back into our right mind - which is entirely capable of holding your current local or limited sense as one with your Universal Source and Nature, and bringing it to a true appreciation of life, as we are willing to receive it.

The self in story - a narrative in observation

Uncovering the living context beneath the narrative sense of being allows a reintegration of that which seemed lost or disconnected and thus of its perception or experience of being alive. The mind-in-story operates as a device through which we have an experience of self limitation within which, identifying with the mechanism, as oneself, engages a virtual or distorted and fragmented rendering of being.

This, in narrative terms is where a Singularity seemed to become a duality, from a movement of expansion and contraction - and subsequent fragmentation - or to put it the other way, where a mind seems to come into a separated sense of its own existence, upon the death or loss of unified and undefined being as a direct consequence of the wish and exercise of power over. The experience of self division gives rise to the attempt to rule. The split nature of the mind is such that guilt and fear arise as protecting and controlling devices relative to the ongoing wish for power. The imposition of a narrative sense upon what is native lawful and unified, becomes an unconsciousness, because truth that is simple awareness at rest in its own nature, MUST be denied or reinterpreted as to be rendered either unrecognizable - or in terms that validate what is essentially wishful thinking, but identified as one's self in guilt, fear and confusion.

This leads to an upside down or inside out scenario in which guilt and fear of power become the mechanism of believed power; the power to kill Life or Mind - yet also the power by which to prevail - albeit temporarily - as a separate mind in its own private experience.

The essentials of drama are all provided, the bid for power, the betrayal or abandonment, the loss and the suffering, the attempt to regain or the will to revenge - the sacrificial horror of the killing of the innocent - the watering of the roots of guilt. The righteous identity that needs evil or guilt in order to self-validate over and against.

This drama re-enacts itself unending until something stirs beneath the mind that thinks it is as it thinks it is. Honesty is not bases on narrative, but on a direct awareness - as a discernment occurring outside the realm of apparent control. We yield to it - or yield our own will in order to discern, to the degree our mind is able to accept - and this depends on its current investment in its own story as its self.

There is a process by which to heal the mind of unconscious divisions that play out over and over as 'the human condition', but it is not the exercise of a personal will prevailing over others in assertion of power. Nor of depersonalising this will in mechanisms of state or indeed of applying mechanical models for controlling mechanical process. Indeed there IS no mechanical way to relate, communicate, listen and discern and recognize wisdom. Yet in some sense we do so - DESPITE the imposition of such a mechanical process. Life still happens DESPITE our best attempts to control or have power over it. No one but has some sense of true blessing in their lives, however dark or difficult.

How much MORE can be revealed to our appreciation if we desisted from persisting in what doesn't work in the insane attempt to make it work?

We do need a new narrative basis for what life is, what we are and how to live together in law that serves all - and thus finds welcome in the hearts of all. But I do not see that this can arise from the persistence of a blindness to the true nature of our own 'identity' or mind. "Truth will 'out" because the lie becomes too convoluted and untenable to maintain. What I would say is that truth may humiliate - but that is not true. We are humbled of our self-image and thus open to see and recognize ourselves in others.

But Truth is not humbled or made small - for it is the light in which we live and of which we truly are. Unless we abide in a truly connected sense of being, we get lost in our own story and defend it against our truth. All of the abilities by which we try to control life become useful to a willingness to embody life. It is simply evident that the mind is deeply habituated to an addiction to its own story.

I am indicating the basis for awakening to a basis for a unified direction, regardless of what others may yet be willing to allow or accept as their own learning. The only certainty available to us is of our being itself. That this is brought into question sets the stage for self-certainties of belief or assertions of power.

But when our beliefs of self-assertion are released or paused in even a little true willingness, we receive in place a clearer perspective. This is a step at a time undoing or reconfiguring of the mind to a true alignment. We don't 'do' this but let it be done through us as we release identity in reaction.

When discerning the correction for behaviour that is harmful to oneself or others, we do need a process of correction and not a process of guilt and punishment. Correction is the process of coming into our right mind. This needs to apply to all involved and not focussed only on the one who is identified in the role of transgressor. It is appropriate to limit lawlessness by whatever means is proportionate. But the old 'law' of revenge is the worship of sin amidst a luxuriating in blame, in full justification for hate and the indulgence of the sense of power in personal terms.

As long as we appease the mind of war, we can have no peace - but only a phony and manipulated peace that lives in fear and distrust amidst an isolated and chaotic sense of threat. This may serve those who claim to offer protection, at a price, but actually undermines a true integrity of being. Yet the Integrity of Being itself - which is innate to being - remains un-coverable to a willingness and desire to live from it.

Guilt and fear present the most blocking device for the prevention of trusting and following an innocent curiosity. Truth is not truly obscured, but only wilfully so. Therefore to be curious allows the noticing of the wilful intent - and thus the opportunity to release it in favour of what is uncovered in the wisdom of our being - in place of an often unconscious fearful reaction. This is simply a conscious responsibility for our own mind that is a capacity for immediate discernment and release of an unreal or imaginative thought or intent, without requiring a process of mental self-validation. In effect to reconnect with a true sense of being is the condition in which all else will harmonize.

But the seeking out of guilt will ALWAYS find it - even if it only exists in the mind of the inquisitor. What we seek we ALWAYS find, and what we are finding is reliable witness to what we seek. The experience of finding conflicted and unfulfilling outcomes IS a reflection of conflicting goals. Until we wake up to what we are choosing to give and receive, we will not recognize what we do, and so are in need of forgiveness for an error of mis-identification from which confusion must proceed.

The alternative is the reinforcement of such an error in the minds of both the judging and the judged. There is nothing ultimately fixed or locked down about our mind apart from our own decision - which as an expression of mind is innately unlimited. Resting in such being allows a different basis for outcomes than an 'isolated chooser' amidst an obstacle course of fearful penalties.

The presence of a capacity to abide in Life - or 'doing nothing'

Manic activity makes for bad government

What is missing in much of modern life is a genuine presence. Instead we have presentations of intent designed to tick the appropriate boxes - a masqerade behind which are arses protected and fences sat upon. A life without conviction or commitment to anything except staying in power. I'm also talking about us all.
The capacity and courage of discernment is to maintain a clear presence whether acting or desisting from mere reaction. This communicates at a different level than propaganda can reach.
However the manic nature of the attempt to manipulate perceptions of reality is at such a pitch that real information is effectively hidden in broad daylight and few can discern the true from the false because of their own self-investments.
Doing nothing is another way of saying doing nothing to interfere with the way Life Works. A constant interference is the way to inhibit or block Life from becoming self-aware as an awakened responsibility. It is also the ignorance of those who play at power or vanity of those who play at dressing up in self-importance!
Wisdom is vanished when man pretends to know. To truly discern, we must pause from reaction - including our best thinking - and listen as an expression of as much honesty as we can trust. Because, it would be absurd to pretend that we are as congruent as our social masks make out.
Trying to be seen to be in control is a pathetic caricature of a puppet-man who strikes at every shadow and makes rules as if to keep xyz from ever happening again - and makes 'war' on the ills so as to appease the self-righteous - so they don't have to look within at the deeper conditions out of which our ills arise as sure as night follows day!
Those who use guilt and blame as leverage - suffer to be split off from their wholeness, for it is true that even as we do unto (the least) others - so do we unto our very self.
Control mentality is a sham for both sides of the apparent transaction. True harmony arises from values truly embodied and shared as cultural expression. One has to extend trust to find trust is met. But that first requires that one HAS it. It starts with our own true relations within ourself and extends out automatically.
The age of man's conquering life is passing - though not without the last attempts to control via biotech and psychotechnical means.
There's nothing like deep sickness of a sense of a poisoned Soul to bring wretchedness to awareness. If it is brought to light a correction will be found but while we do so much to push it down! and keep it pushed down! - we hide from the sickness and the cure in endless complications of self defeating efforts.
I can not convince the mind that lives only on the surface to question its world as a mere surface - but a wretchedness of meaninglessness in a conflicted and conditioned perpetuity can - and will.
Those who can abide in life can be a channel through which life communicates in thought, word and deed. Abiding is 'doing nothing to break the connection'. This is a great art - indeed the word abide is of 'being' and art is the true nature of 'to be'.
Much ado about nothing! While we must do what calls for doing, we can look to the spirit in which it is done. We can always align ourselves with or against our true good, by the purpose within which we live.

Art and artifice

I feel to start with a root statement that may or may not communicate a tone:
Our Father, Who Art (in) Heaven.
Clearly in this statement, art is the verb to be; the movement or embodiment of that which is felt arising from a wholeness of being is a desire, inspiration, or project that is not other than our life.
The nature of what IS cannot be defined, but the Movement and Quality of its being can be honoured as it reveals itself as ... the embodiment of intuition, thought and feeling as the tangibility of life. If we are beholding of this then our lives express it.

Artifice is like the fig leaves in the Adam and Eve story. It is that capacity of mind to imagine its own reality or self along the lines of thought it wants to be true - and which it gives preference to, over and above the Current Flow of Being Itself. This sort of self-will seems to overlay a personal signature of achievement and possession on the Original and the True and subverts it innate meaning to its own self defined meanings. In the attempt to make itself real it seeks any and every kind of self validation at the level of form and appearance, and becomes forgetful and defended against the realm of the presence of life in which the tangibility and visibility is but the revealing and identifying of the communion and communication of Life Itself.

There is another thing I'd add; the self in its own illusion can only make copies of what is already real. There isn't a fake 11 dollar bill in circulation anywhere - though such could of course be a project for a conceptual artist to undertake!

The imitation of life necessarily uses something of life because there is nothing else to use. In this sense ,there is often something that can be felt as wheat among the tares in the attempts of man to make or communicate the good, the beautiful or the true. (To want to communicate the ugly or the dispiriting or the meaningless is an indicator that the mind involved has implicitly called such 'good' by the act of valuing it with his or her attention and intention).

The idea of a separate identity - endowing some kind of string-less puppet with autonomy - is itself the artifice of a thinking to which humankind has been asserting possession of and becoming possessed by. Yet this is act and not fact, and so there are all sorts of moments in its experience of itself that transcend its narrow self limitation as it stirs or is re-membered in a presence of being of which it is often hardly aware and yet IS the only Thing Going On - despite the overlay of imaginations which suggest otherwise.

To awaken to that life is moving all things one - in any moment or degree, is to be stirred by qualities of being that inspire, heal and harmonize, this naturally communicates or extends itself through  the agency of its recognition. Such expression my yet be distorted and filtered by the mind of that one - and by our expressions, we become aware of such obstacle or block. This provides the life of inspiration and expression as a process of releasing 'self will' as a willingness to be as an instrument to the movement of being itself.
That life often communicates in ways that do not fit the old wine bottles is testimony to that we become blinkered and stuck in our thinking and our masks of artificial presentation.
It may be that to awaken and honour the movement of life draws us out of the apparent comforts and connection of the group that would (often unknowingly) stifle it - but that is not about being special so much as being alive and willing.

Every one of us is a special kind of artist. Our lives brush out from pallets of experience and desire that are both unique in expression and yet universal in nature. Art as something outside and separate from the Artist is the notion of a mind that has tried to separate itself from the Life that lives it!

"The seeing that it is good" is the recognition of God in the 'Creation'. That is of being moved or feeling stirred… of a shift from thinking to feeling.

Communication and communion are shared by their very nature and guided by the very intelligence that they express. The forms of our communication can be usurped as an attempt at coercion or manipulation of life - but then the channel of true communication is lost while the mind engages self-wilfulness. (Until it neglects or forgets to do so - perhaps as a result of being stirred and troubled or transported by an experience for which it could not account nor control).

Movement for Change

This is a feedback letter to 'Nation of Change'.

I welcome the influx of light and a greater perspective that comes of a willingness to look with innocent eyes. That is, of a willingness to look always anew from a guidance of a presence of being rather than from suggestive thoughts of whatever currency.

I do not join with the deception of 'fighting' evil - for this is how the mind feeds its habit.
Obviously there is a language that can belie the truth here - for to stand with and for the integrity of true communication may seem to be in opposition to the attempt to coerce and manipulate - whether that mind be in the corporatocacy or our own everyday thinking.

But to witness to truth and refuse to 'die' is not to then get our identity and power from the evils that we refuse or repent of.

This is my personal testimony as to why I haven't extended financial support, but it is also a point of feedback that transcends personal points of view.

The addiction of the mind to its own thinking is generally invisible - just as any addiction is invisible in a culture of its own making. The defence of the addict against anything that threatens its supply is maximal!

But when the conditions are so appallingly desperate as to question Everything, there grows a willingness to listen beyond or outside the dictates that thinking set.

Unless the Movement for Change is the expression and embodiment of the Movement of the heart, it has no authority. Illegitimate authorities assert and impose themselves upon our thought, our lives, our world. But True authority comes from true Listening.

One of the first and last defences of a mind in denial is confusion. The information itself is not the message. The way and the feel and the tone of the information is the message - and the information fits the need.
The capacity of the mind to assimilate and interpret is already overloaded.

Therefore we need to speak from discernment to a discerning attention - or we merely increase the noise to signal ration against a genuine communication occurring.

A Basis or Grounding from which discernment can be accessed is called for.
The suggestion of emergency and alarm always operates to negate that Call and insist that one must act first. This is how the contagion of the mind of fear and guilt operates. False promises that entice ever more deep entanglement.

'Stop the world, I want to get off' - is not without a message. But the thinking that makes the world of mutual definition and agreement is what has to be paused, rested of. In the space that this active willingness opens up, Life is revealed. As Movement, as a unified wholeness of being. We have forgotten what we are and our true Source Awareness, in engaging our power of will over the wholeness of being. This error is absolutely not attainable, but is altogether correctable.

There are qualities of Life that are unchanging and which are reflected in the experience of change. They have been conceptualized and abused in self serving ends - yet love, peace and joy remain absolutely shareable - regardless of any languages or systems of thought or teaching that we may personally use.

Communication rests on trust and trust rests on truth. In trying to manipulate truth, we undermine our own sanity and starve ourselves of our inherent Nature.

When a seeming death approaches, or a fundamental change such as our times, rises to awareness despite all or any attempts of control, we are available to an opportunity of awakening from the habitual repetitive reenactment of our past guilt and fear thinking.

I encourage you and your team to reach past the temptations of a polarised mentality and align with the embodiment of a fresh Perspective.

You find it is already active within you - but is tending to be usurped by the old patterns of thought and reaction. It may be that if we each as individuals cannot rise past our own thinking, then what hope for the world? But I would suggest that what I am inviting is healing even of that framework of thought.
One Movement is Alive and it looks like it looks like to a polarized mentality - which then seeks to 'survive' or prevail as a separate entity.
Without wanting to underestimate the attraction of this mind to the dynamics of conflict, I do want to suggest that our thinking, at an almost unconscious level, is creating an interpretive experience that we are mis-taking for our Truth.

Without the inner realisations of awakened responsibility, changing the world is largely a psychic redistribution in which everything is repackaged so as to seem better than before - without any of the causes being uncovered and corrected.

Thank you for your attention. I have included aspects that are 'deep' in that they are not casually available to a skimming mentality.

Life's fulfilment lies not in skimming the surface, but in being - and sharing - the depth.
Whatever we present of ourselves, love is our first and ultimate language of being.
When we think we can 'do' love, we leave our being behind and become indentured to debt!
But if you ARE love (beneath whatever judgements may be in place), then the inheritance you set out with was a false currency, and you are freedom itself. Freedom cannot be mere reaction of programmed conditioning. Freedom cannot be lost to the freedom to wish or believe itself lost!
There is always a greater perspective than what my thinking is allowing or defining and the curiosity to uncover that is the movement of the innocence of Being.

Information, media, perception, manipulation and discernment

An apparently inconsequential article on Bloomberg.com led to this writing on the issues around perception and sharing information, along with the distortions that a manipulative intent bring into play.

Perception is thought and can be manipulated, but the medium by which that is effected can and does turn against the manipulator.

Perceptions and thoughts can naturally share as expressing a sense of value or truth of an undistorted experience of life.

Whereas the payload of a manipulation is hollow once the halo wears off, and has to be repeated and maintained as a promise of value in order to 'survive', true communication expresses a tangibly shared sense of worth and connection that is already present but is illuminated through the sharing.

These issues are at the core of our own self or mind, which is conflicted in the attempt to have both, and so loses the capacity to tell the difference and suffers its own illusions.

The 'Information age' will be short, because its foundation is divorced from wisdom and discernment. However, it's failure will provide the conditions for their advent.

This isn't about Apple - (or any corporate entity) - and the media, (which is now fragmented and yet in mainstream sense is a corporate entity with its own agenda).

The issues of privacy and control, trust and integrity are implicit in all that we do - but in the rapidly changing world of today, they can no longer be templated and enforced in the way that worked before.

Learning to discern is not a 'better handle on the world' but an awareness and wisdom in which to transcend and harmonize - and even heal - the divisions of self. It isn't just for dealing with crisis or applications of rebranding our identity with 'out of the box' ideas - but a living framework that holds and extends a true sanity and abundance of being.

Big promises! - but really its simply that the foundation determines all that comes forth from it - and a false foundation cannot be gotten to work even if one spends the whole world in trying. Even our best thinking tends to substitute for an actual checking in. Running on a template identity is already a loss of the immediacy and vitality of living.

I don't write to set up a right and wrong mind and then position myself as its owner, so much as desire a world in which communication and manipulation are discernedly not the same.

Another word for manipulation - in the sense I am using it - is war. This is the personal sense of prevailing over or suffering attempts to be prevailed upon. Backstage, it is a collusion in which truth is ignored in order to play the part and take the ride.

Truth is not a weapon. When we attempt to use truth or manipulate, we are used by deception and suckered into dancing its tune.

"Truth is the first casualty of war" should read, "of the war-mind". Because it remains true regardless of our subscription. But once we take the bait we tend to run with it until we wake up some time later.

Thanks for hanging in with an opportunity to reflect if you feel moved to. Concepts are crude tools for sketching the qualities of life that can never fit in the database template of which concepts are. But that is also where our attention is accustomed to seeking information and answer, so I try to open a perspective that hasn't got a voice in the accepted thinking or culture or our times.
