Social Engineering can take many forms and serve different purposes. Parenting has its place and at times the role is quite apart from the appearance - i.e.: there are times when a child is to be listened to an recognised for wisdom and the 'parent' be in the 'role' of learner.
But guidance and education are one thing - whereas coercion is another.

'Consciousness engineering' sets up the foundation from which and as which a coercive mindset operates. This is not really addressed by personal-political agendas - all of which are tied by reaction TO achieving or coercing an outcome - even if it is simply a negative goal of identifying AGAINST other.

We all share a Universal motivation - towards the good, the pleasurable and the positive and away from the bad, painful and negative AS WE EACH DEFINE ourselves in any situation to be. Then it can be seen that definition is operating as the 'shadow' power that limits perspective and determines perception - AND THEREFORE EXPERIENCE.

The framing of perception in ideas is the magic of redefining experience as an asserted expression of a personal sense of power - felt to be DIFFERENT from the innate or natural 'Life Purpose'. This act constitutes the sense of 'individual' consciousness that seems to be disconnected from the whole and threatened by the reintegration of Wholeness.
True individuality is a unique indivisibility, but an engineered consciousness has been subjected to 'divide and rule' - that is - it is a split off mentality operating parasitically upon the whole in SUBSTITUTION for true presence, relation or communication.

Ultimately - indeed actually - this operates as a 'self-attack' - not unlike a black op false flag, or psy-op - by which to use 'evil' to justify acting in likewise loveless and blind exploitation of 'Other' - for a seeming self-interest which works against one's Good and one's true Presence.

The 'world' is reflecting back the CONSCIOUSNESS that we are engaging, identifying and validating by acting from it. To dissociate from the error is not to fight it, but to uncover it where it is... in our own consciousness participation.

Any attempt to engineer the world - the Outside - the Otherness of our living relationships... is part of the automatic attempt to protect and maintain the separate-self-sense of personal power that operates by grievance, scarcity and conflict.

Of course 'engineering' can mean the considering of all forces in play, and the balancing them within wholeness to alignment of whole purpose. It has been said that a divided house cannot stand. A mind at war with itself cannot BUT undermine and sabotage itself in all its endeavours. Wholeness of purpose may be attempted via the negative or segregative will, but the 'elite' will never be a unified expression of Living Will - for fear is incapable of truly integrated purpose. It can only force or coerce, trick and deceive in order to SEEM almost all powerful and then only be limiting and controlling all expression. But to such an appetite, there is never 'enough' control - because control cannot bring the fruits that the fearful deceit promised.

Insanity multiplies in the mind of the lie. Truth does not need to be asserted, to be true, but it can be rested in, wholly. If you truly enjoy something, it is not a struggle - even if it contains challenge. The sacrifice of joy led to the pain of its loss and subsequent redefinition within socially engineered frameworks. Struggling with frameworks simply evolves a cat and mouse complexity of more sophisticated beguilement and entanglement. Embracing the true joy of being MUST bring to the surface and HEAL all that would 'engineer' you out of your own existence - your own presence in communication and relationship... in Life. There is a different order of control within Life that is NOT a SEEMING separateness acting upon the flow of Life - but the discernment of the part/whole relationship as a totality WITHIN Life.

Truth shall show you you ARE free. In truth your word is the self-DEFINITION you accept and thereby share - albeit unknowingly or 'unconsciously'. All the clamour of the world that agitates the mind is serving the purpose of distracting and diverting attention AWAY from a false self-definition that would NOT STAND in the light of simple awareness - and so its survival depends on YOUR allegiance to it as YOUR mind. But notice the mind that limits filters and distorts the ONLY THING GOING ON - 'Life' - can just as well align with and serve Life. All things in the world serve double purpose - that is they can serve the purpose YOU accept as a result of correctly identifying what is NOT you and releasing it as a foundation from which to live. Of course this calls for self-honesty and of course the allegiance to a war-mind cannot afford honesty for truth is its first casualty. Self attack is insanity of denying one's true presence. Nothing that follows on from it can grow true fruit. The insane project their fear and hate onto other personalities and fail to recognize it is their own - but fight the love that would restore them TO THEIR OWN - because that is the ONLY freedom. One cannot change what one first does not own, and nor can one meet or become what one is not the vibration of.

Let the 'bad guys' show up residually un-owned false definitions and beliefs so as to undo them, that otherwise would operate 'in the dark' in your name forever. Let them serve the truing purpose YOU set. Ultimately - that means actually - we are not free to escape what is our own. We cannot un-know or not become 'other' to what we truly are - though of course one is free to deny freedom in asserting such futility over and over, and over again.

There are many channels to choose from and perspectives to view from - but is the basis of choice fear-driven or joy driven? It is Life-driven but fear or joy are a matter of your self-definition. Each can masquerade as the other in a mind that sought to hide in confusion. To define one's joy in terms of being protected from one's fears is to give power away.

A time of fundamental change is unavoidably Now

In nature metamorphosis grows a new organic being inside or alongside the old one. The organs that served the old becoming redundant. The old is cast off.
Human metamorphosis is the development and evolution of ideas. Everything in human world is a reflection or extension of human idea as to what we are, what life is and what it is for.

To cut to the quick, a mentality of 'getting private gratifications', always operates in secrecy of fear, guilt and control.  This can be rapaciously or collectively implemented in social agreements but is effectively blind to the life upon which it depends and to life's innate qualities of self, other and world - though it will deal in concepts or symbols of life. This idea of man as manipulator-definer of life has exploited, negated and undermined the organic relations that grew in the traditional models, in which integrity and trust were qualities to be brought forth in a process of demonstration of good faith and communication, rather than merely being applicable to data.

The wheat and the chaff have grown alongside each other and now is a time of harvest, which is not a judgement upon persons but an awakening acceptance. Awareness and acceptance of Now cannot be deferred indefinitely because pain of dissonance has limited tolerance. Ingenuity of mind can redistribute energy and attention so as to redefine reality and 'buy time' but an increasing complexity becomes also increasingly taxing and unworkable. Powerlessness, confusion, lack of vision or direction amidst ideas that no longer hold meaning.

We suffer now a kind of social and political tyranny that almost no one can see or articulate and yet its symptoms are clearly evident. Although there will be those others who symbolise the evil or error, the mentality that expresses as a fearful and controlling elite is supported by and reflecting of the prevalent modus of self-governance; as a hidden separative intent that seeks its own above all else but artfully masks so as to seem socially acceptable or personally justified.

Its thinking is a distortion of life that uses fear and guilt to manipulate conformity to dictated agendas of control in gesture of apparent protection. It uses all things and relationships to serve its self which identifies over and against others. It will mimic 'love' in order to get and is a parasite that offers a particular symbiotic opportunity because it depletes life of true wealth, joy, freedom and communion, and then itself breaks down as a structure of meaningful or believable allegiance. So it discards its host to a desecration in which conflict, guilt and unworthiness call on war and death to escape and blot out such conflicted mentality.

This is the condition in which an awakening occurs from a new foundation; as the mind that seeds judgement and division is put aside rather than activated. Without a new foundation is only the  surface shifting of props in a game of the redistribution of guilt and leverage. Truly new ideas are not re-branding of manipulative intent that plays on shallow hope but truly express a fresh perspective. The lies stories and vanities by which we seem to live - as a structure of 'exercising control over' are covering truth.

Truth is not determined or defined so much as accepted and shared. Of course this calls for the release of the will to coerce and control our life and the lives of others and obliges trust and communication to be brought into play as an expression of shared integrity. This unpalatable truth to the perspective within a dream of power over life elicits the refusal to love. But when this fear of love is recognised as so, there is opportunity to see and evaluate from a new perspective. One that works within life rather than separating out and asserting coercion upon it.

Political and social structures will emerge from the honouring of a true foundation. The heart of discernment will be an expression of unpretentious honesty. Manipulative ploys will be met with honest reflection and enquiry rather than self righteous blame. Fear and shame is not to be scapegoated, but released to be undone by not energising with reaction. To feel what we feel but  pause and listen for the movement of being - for a wholeness or nowness of being. Letting go the urge to justify self by loving' to hate. Let go of self-righteousness. This is how healing is accepted and foundation restored.

But nothing begins until such new foundation is accepted in place of a false one... within our self. Hence the false is uncovered to light to be released or recommitted to in desire to persist in the play of power struggle. We may explore ideas as experience, but we cannot choose what we are not, and make it true. Working with life works. Nothing else can really work and costs more than we realise in order to seem to work. 'With life' means truly listening rather than presuming to know. But we can presume to uncover the truth of any situation if we extend trust and willingness instead of self asserting positions of defence.

To be without mask is to be in conscious discernment in awakened responsibility for thought and perception. The mask is reaction in a game of war but the first casualty is the covering over and separation of oneself from the simple qualities of love; honour, acknowledgement, recognition, welcome, communion and gratitude.

Nothing else will heal the schisms or inner conflicts that the world fleshes out as if to solve 'out there'. A Copernican awakening awaits us. Nothing is as it seemed to that which thought to separate. When the ideas that formed our image of our self and universe open to their true source and movement, they unfold a unified expression of integral inclusion. This is both felt and known as the qualities and nature of relationship itself. Thinking as we practised it in self-differentiating limitation is no longer needed to identify a 'stranger in a stranger world' and so is free to creatively express inspiration of that which enlivens and shares.

If the reader is only defensively filtering through their thinking, none of this can make no sense, because the defence is to protect the foundation from exposure. Ripeness is a condition in which a process is ready to spontaneously occur. One can cooperate with life or fight it all the way. This is a surface freedom but what really is that choice? The freedom to be and share in what you truly are - in what is truly moving and being all that you are, is profound and inexhaustible. While we deny Source, we fear and deny it 'unconscious' in hopeful virtual dream that turns to nightmare.

But in aligning truly in trust and honesty, we see clearly there is nothing to fear but the drifting of thought unattended. For a mind at war with itself must fear. Even as a child will learn to walk, or talk, humankind will learn to think as individuality within wholeness - as a conscious receptivity and channel of trust to a cooperative intent. As long as one looks outside for this as if others must be in place BEFORE risking into an honesty of being, then the perception of lovelessness will justify waiting. Only commitment opens the vision that the fence-sitter deprives themselves of. We all know that freedom is found within commitment and wasted in prevarication but are simply afraid or pseudo committed to a cover story.

The issue is this; how do we truly and deeply trust ourselves in the light of that we actually know we are liable to self-illusion as a self - justifying attempt to balance a sense of invalidity or dis-allowance? We start with noticing that we tell stories that are not true and being willing to notice what moves us to do so - and so uncover our personal or cultural fears or shames or sense of desire that we don't feel worthy or entitled to. It's all there in all kinds of configurations and it is simply an adaptation that doesn't work any more and so with fresh eyes of a cooperative willingness, of a desire to honour and uncover integrity, we listen and feel and open imaginatively and creatively to new ways that do express integrity and also share it.

This is 'cultural renewal' because it connects directly with a felt sense of life rather than recycling old templates of ritual behaviours. That one gets pulled or taken over and over again by an old habit doesn't mean that it is not an old habit, but that its momentum requires a persistence of self worth over time to displace. And there is the key, because without a foundation in which one's worth and the worth of others is maintained in awareness, one simply cannot effect any real change in one's own or one's local or global relations.

These are not good ideas to identify or associate with, but illuminate a brink from which the only way forward is to yield to one's being. To come home from pain in struggle alone. For we suffer but our own rejection, and so can release it to a greater embrace. As we think in our heart so are we experiencing. Look now and let it be good news to be wrong about ourselves and so be free of its burden.

'Watch and pray' is not a hopeful intent, but an abiding in a willingness of noticing and listening - as the natural expression of being alive. Life is already 'nigh'. We simply have to re-learn to let life in, so as to realise it was always here. Re-learning what was once natural because we wanted and learned to exclude it in an act of self-differentiation. An act of identifying thought and focus in which we lost perspective and connection. But life never left us or we would not be. The impossibility of separation is the end of guilt and the rising of a light the world forgot or thought lost or but a dream.

While we want it true, our world made in separation will not be taken away - but is transformed to a world in which healing, awakening and forgiveness replace and undo hurt, grievance and vengeance. So that life is released to be itself in full and free expression. Life more abundant! The purpose that we hold gives all meaning to whatever seems to arise as our experience. We are not powerless, but loved and trusted in our unfolding experience that shares far more than a little mind could compass.

To meet the Need of our Times

This is a comment into one of many articles on Eastleigh by election (British politics)
As I say below - I don't address that level - but while in the arena of an article about our political, social and economic society, I felt some thoughts arise and let them write.

Do our opinions constitute a process of discernment of truth? Do we put their opinion aside in order to see more clearly or simply seek support and ammunition for what we have already decided /been induced to think is  own thinking? Maybe such conditioning is already voting for something else to think for us? Democracy needs to be more than mob, but do we know how to communicate in ways that are self revealing and inspire trust instead of trial by combat?

Yet underneath it all something tends to work - enough at least to get from one thing to another - because here we are! And yet a superficial self-seeking unconsciousness piles up unpaid debts of more kinds than money. But at least we can pass on something to our children and their children. Perhaps opening such a can of worms is part of a deeper need for renewal. One cant just rebrand with a makeover and expect to stay in touch with reality - whatever that may be.

An individual who wants conflicting things and becomes fearful, can react in ways that compound confusion and induce guilt and yet more fear until something really breaks down and then they can calm down and honestly question their own thinking - all of it - even at its roots.  Without listening, isn't our mind is simply a conditioned defence mechanism  that can readily be manipulated to reaction? But is that just a front or a mask to keep the unwanted at bay?

Can such as we are, find a unified perspective within ourselves that has something to gift rather than trying to get? Or will such essentially be forced on us by having to 'adjust' to a reality that no longer supports our vanities? The big tar barrel that shuts up Messrs Tweedledee-dum is usually overwhelming force. I like to think one day it could be the true silence of not knowing - and needing to be the desire for help that uncovers what we need to know.

To meet the need of our times, we need to wake up and embody the characteristics that are missing or lacking. Trust and honesty being chief among them. Ultimately I don't care what packaging it comes in, I feel we need to relate together in a different way.
Vested interests that have power to protect their part against needed change are the last to come on board, and the mind that thinks to sit on the fence and make opinionated entertainments of life is one such.

Perhaps Tolkien was prescient in seeing the little people as the ones who would relinquish power. It cannot come from the 'top' down.
As long as we try to work out our mental health in the problems outside of us - it wont work except to keep those aspects of our mind that we hide, from being healed or wholed.

Not especially about UKIP or Eastleigh - but the Movement of change pervades all such instances - often under our noses unnoticed.

This is a feedback letter to 'Nation of Change'.

I welcome the influx of light and a greater perspective that comes of a willingness to look with innocent eyes. That is, of a willingness to look always anew from a guidance of a presence of being rather than from suggestive thoughts of whatever currency.

I do not join with the deception of 'fighting' evil - for this is how the mind feeds its habit.
Obviously there is a language that can belie the truth here - for to stand with and for the integrity of true communication may seem to be in opposition to the attempt to coerce and manipulate - whether that mind be in the corporatocacy or our own everyday thinking.

But to witness to truth and refuse to 'die' is not to then get our identity and power from the evils that we refuse or repent of.

This is my personal testimony as to why I haven't extended financial support, but it is also a point of feedback that transcends personal points of view.

The addiction of the mind to its own thinking is generally invisible - just as any addiction is invisible in a culture of its own making. The defence of the addict against anything that threatens its supply is maximal!

But when the conditions are so appallingly desperate as to question Everything, there grows a willingness to listen beyond or outside the dictates that thinking set.

Unless the Movement for Change is the expression and embodiment of the Movement of the heart, it has no authority. Illegitimate authorities assert and impose themselves upon our thought, our lives, our world. But True authority comes from true Listening.

One of the first and last defences of a mind in denial is confusion. The information itself is not the message. The way and the feel and the tone of the information is the message - and the information fits the need.
The capacity of the mind to assimilate and interpret is already overloaded.

Therefore we need to speak from discernment to a discerning attention - or we merely increase the noise to signal ration against a genuine communication occurring.

A Basis or Grounding from which discernment can be accessed is called for.
The suggestion of emergency and alarm always operates to negate that Call and insist that one must act first. This is how the contagion of the mind of fear and guilt operates. False promises that entice ever more deep entanglement.

'Stop the world, I want to get off' - is not without a message. But the thinking that makes the world of mutual definition and agreement is what has to be paused, rested of. In the space that this active willingness opens up, Life is revealed. As Movement, as a unified wholeness of being. We have forgotten what we are and our true Source Awareness, in engaging our power of will over the wholeness of being. This error is absolutely not attainable, but is altogether correctable.

There are qualities of Life that are unchanging and which are reflected in the experience of change. They have been conceptualized and abused in self serving ends - yet love, peace and joy remain absolutely shareable - regardless of any languages or systems of thought or teaching that we may personally use.

Communication rests on trust and trust rests on truth. In trying to manipulate truth, we undermine our own sanity and starve ourselves of our inherent Nature.

When a seeming death approaches, or a fundamental change such as our times, rises to awareness despite all or any attempts of control, we are available to an opportunity of awakening from the habitual repetitive reenactment of our past guilt and fear thinking.

I encourage you and your team to reach past the temptations of a polarised mentality and align with the embodiment of a fresh Perspective.

You find it is already active within you - but is tending to be usurped by the old patterns of thought and reaction. It may be that if we each as individuals cannot rise past our own thinking, then what hope for the world? But I would suggest that what I am inviting is healing even of that framework of thought.
One Movement is Alive and it looks like it looks like to a polarized mentality - which then seeks to 'survive' or prevail as a separate entity.
Without wanting to underestimate the attraction of this mind to the dynamics of conflict, I do want to suggest that our thinking, at an almost unconscious level, is creating an interpretive experience that we are mis-taking for our Truth.

Without the inner realisations of awakened responsibility, changing the world is largely a psychic redistribution in which everything is repackaged so as to seem better than before - without any of the causes being uncovered and corrected.

Thank you for your attention. I have included aspects that are 'deep' in that they are not casually available to a skimming mentality.

Life's fulfilment lies not in skimming the surface, but in being - and sharing - the depth.
Whatever we present of ourselves, love is our first and ultimate language of being.
When we think we can 'do' love, we leave our being behind and become indentured to debt!
But if you ARE love (beneath whatever judgements may be in place), then the inheritance you set out with was a false currency, and you are freedom itself. Freedom cannot be mere reaction of programmed conditioning. Freedom cannot be lost to the freedom to wish or believe itself lost!
There is always a greater perspective than what my thinking is allowing or defining and the curiosity to uncover that is the movement of the innocence of Being.

A Living Universe as a basis for trust (regardless of events)

I had a bit of a ramble and rant at the mentality of scientific fragmentation. It isn't so much wanting to be right as a desire to provoke curiosity.

The article was one of many that comes out with the latest scientific finding on some aspect of a calamity in process or ongoing threat.

What if we, (humanity), have our 'binoculars' on back to front?
That is - if we are looking at everything from an inside out and back to front way?
When enough people get stuck in the same place they call it reality.
But stuckness is also the condition for ripening crises.

In looking OUT at what can be objectively verified materially - (including its subtler energetics that are anything but solid as the mind thinks 'solid'), and basing our identity or reality on what essentially is our own thinking, rather than living a direct relational participance, we condition or program ourselves to become like the mechanism we use to 'see' with - and believe and experience accordingly.

We objectify everyone and everything and so do not recognize what we or they truly are. In fact we use this condition as an environment in which to explore and express our own personal thinking - but soon find out that that is only free to imagine, because of giving our power to externalized aspects of our own mind.

Its a 'self' blindness, not unlike a virtual reality helmet. The instant you put it on you are no longer open or available to a communication from outside your box - no matter how vast or complex or self-validating your box becomes. But somewhere in the program is a circuit for listening beyond the thinking in the box!

Because I cannot demonstrate Life or Mind as a Unified Wholeness in which and of which every thing is, I have no validity except as a theory, which if proven true, would completely undermine the illusion of the mind that seeks to control and assert life in its own image. Who seeks to find their own undoing? Only a lover of truth can put self will aside. The so called 'search for truth' can seem to be indefinitely validated in an endless and unfulfillable task.

But I invite considering that if a specific particle can 'give' mass to all that we experience as material - whilst not affecting other particles at all. Then there is every opportunity to put MIND back as the Principle, Law, Nature, Condition, Purpose and Substance of the Whole Universe - that is - of the wholeness of the act of 'knowing or sensing ANYTHING at all!

A materially based frame of reference locates mind in the brain - mostly - and then uses EXTRAORDINARY lengths of time along with random mutations, to substitute for simple and natural Innate Intelligence.

Guess where the apex of intelligence is believed to reside according to the mind that thinks it knows? In this brain of a special freak event called human be-ing. It equates intelligence with clever tricks of prevalence rather than wholeness of being

But Intelligence is a non local Field and the brain and nervous system are transducers or receivers.

Change is afoot! Not that it isn't always - but in periodic times of crisis, there are fundamental shifts.
What isn't apparent to a mind with a vision not unlike a dalek, is that The Whole Thing Shifts.

The Universe in time and space is inherently a selected view. But What Gives Rise to it is not a view so much as a Movement of Awareness that is in no way separate from its Thought or Object.

Now it remains entirely practical to manipulate the environment so as to bring benefit or avert calamity, but man has always tried to atone for or exorcize his demons - that is his unconscious guilt and fear thoughts that arise directly from identifying exclusively with his own thoughts. All tools need to be held in purpose by wisdom of a conscious intent - or they become as if our master.

I predict that the nature of the changes that are occurring are going to expose us to our deeper thoughts, beliefs and intent in a way that we do not imagine or expect, because the true basis of life will be the only foundation that will abide.

To be out of control is fearful to the identity that attempts to be in control, but anyone who makes love or music or participates in life directly, knows that there are harmonizing principles at work or innately available in which we can discern and trust and respond appropriately to whatever is going on.

Just when 'science' believes it is 'getting there', the floor will fall away. Is already disappearing.
Fundamental change doesn't leave observers in a neutral zone. Science must also renew its foundations. The heart - in the sense I use it here, is not the emotional passion of ignorance, manipulation and reaction, but is the seat of true discernment, insight, inspiration - for it is a unified Expression of life. Man may exploit this in Promethean adventure, but always with the same results.

I see it not as a call for fear and further manipulative displacements - but as a wake up call to question the very basis of our thought and culture; the 'tools' through which we extend which become invisible to us. Our mind is such a tool - and the body also. You are not what you think you are, but what you think will distract you from That you are.

Cancer awareness campaign 'had little impact'

There are many factors beneath the seemingly simple effort to get more people to check themselves against a risk of illness.

Information overload, lack of faith in government, lack of faith in modern approaches in medicine, busy lives in which little time is available to get off the treadmill of events and pause to consider anything, a natural defence against being persuaded, manipulated, sold or convinced of anything (relates to information overload).
A disposition not to worry and so a reluctance to start suspecting everyone and everything of being a threat unless more of a prompt is felt to do so, fatigue relating to the risk averse (fearful) attempt to control (manage) life from a scientific (alienated) perspective.

And of course there are some who - for their own reasons or for no 'good' reason - attempt to hide or deny their fears and need more than a government campaign to begin to acknowledge and pass through such fears. (I don't see human beings who are not in one way or another suffering limitation as a result of denial of guilts and fears - but it takes different forms for different people).

But is it the government's responsibility to present itself as an authority on health and spend large sums on futile attempts to manage those who need to awaken and grow responsibility for their health on a greater basis than a dependency on system that tends to substitute for it.

Where there is need, there is a call for attention and to discern the true nature of the need so as to meet it.
But the mindset of what could in modern terms be called the 'war on sickness' is not itself rooted in Life so much as in an ideology that ultimately cannot work.

I am in no way intimating that love cannot or does not operate through the relationships available in serving to heal and encourage us amidst difficulty.

But the basis of our thinking is not only questionable - but must be re evaluated, because there simply isn't the financial capacity to provide the kind of health service that has evolved as our current expectations of entitlement.

There are many aspects of our 'lifestyle' or culture, that are unhealthy - starting with the way we think - how we relate to ourselves, each other and  life itself, to all the inevitable expressions that spring forth from that.

The wish to live on the surface and not have to grow through our fears and move beyond our grievances looks for technology (external means) to protect and support it's self-assertion.
Life is forever breaking down our defences; not because it is hostile or malignant - but because the attempt to defend our 'self' against Life, is in error.

We tacitly collude in mutual agreements by which to justify ourselves to ourselves and each other - but if in fact we are presenting a mask, then the energetics of what is really going on are not being honoured or given true expression.

The attempt to mask over our true being has led to identifying almost completely with the mask - and not be in intimate relationship with our very Life. It is a wonder that our minds and bodies function as well as they do under the circumstances to which we put them.

There are all these rules as to what is and isn't the way it works - and then there is Life that gives rise to wonder - and in all sorts of ways, fulfilment beyond a rulebound and fearbound existence. I suggest to you that this is relevant to health!

Global Warning and waking up

I wrote this from a realisation that, of course I am a crank relative to scientific thinking - for denying false premises consciously surrenders the mind and opens the heart to Listen.

Scientific vision is a Dalek's eye view of the world, no matter how many Daleks corroborate results. I don't accept it's basis as applicable to anything other than mechanism - which it secretly seeks to manipulate in the same old wish to have power to 'create' its own life and world that Adam and Eve got lost in.

I see mechanism as the servant of desire. In other words, I see the experience of the world as serving the active seed desire that brings forth its experience. Such a notion is utterly preposterous to a mind that believes the world is real and out there - apart from and unrelated in kind to the awareness in which it is experienced.

Where does your awareness arise? Do you rest in it as the very Source and Nature of Life or do you live imaginatively via the experience of your own 'mind'?

A mind that believes it already knows is in negative or self validating loop until it questions the very basis by which it thinks. And its creative function is hidden while it 'lives' within its own programming. I guess I have to seem like someone who thinks he knows (smile). But I am simply seeking to articulate meanings that are available to discern regardless of the forms they are clothed in. I feel desire to share what we truly are in common and calm the fearful storms that we feed unknowingly.

 That makes me a crank whose willingness opens relational space where others assert mechanism. I participate inherently with you in Living unified being where others see only a world of things to exploit for private and selfish ends, as a programmed sense of self that is rarely truly observed, enquired of or transcended in true responsibility - in a true love of Life.

This would be the domain of religion, but doesn't the same program tend to run there too? - and be sanctified by fearfully interpreted guidances? - so as to cultivate a special sense of oneself, one's group, one's rightness or superiority.

Truth is the first casualty of war in that a mind can war itself unknowing only when it elects to give preferences to its own definitions over the actuality of this intimate and innocent experience. 

Global Warning is both a crisis of opportunity and of danger. Alarm can induce panic reaction or can call awake. Watching the mind (within or 'without') and praying (resting in the natural communioned trust of the heart). Is of the innate integrity of our being and is not belief based or mixed up in magical associations of a personal salve. It is the willingness to truly Listen - instead of thinking, opinionating, self validating or reacting to what is arising in awareness.

This is where Inspiration and guidance will be felt. And the Movement by which it is felt will clearly be of a wholeness of being that encourages, inspires and grows a presence of practical application to the whole of what is going on and not a Dalek's eye view. The old mind will scream - but this step is breaking bounds with an ancient taboo - so no surprise there!

It is never to late to begin anew. Cast your nets here and see what you will find.

Moving to culture of rehabilitation?

 Rehabilitation cannot be applied like band aid - nor can it effectively coexist with a culture of vengeance and punishment.

To wake up to - and find alignment with - our true home - our true environment and our 'true family' or culture of relationship, cannot be mere continuance of the mind of a passively aggressive but generally sublimated reaction, that inevitably arises from lack of any genuinely consciously shared sense of life or identity.

Our most fundamental metaphysical or philosophical self and world beliefs are involved and expressed in all that we do  - but are generally invisible unless we compare and contrast cultures and epochs.

We have 'wanted' to explore the belief and indulge the experience of being 'self determining authoritative powers in our own right - and have an unconsciously communicated societal bedrock of presumption of a 'God given' free will which has then become 'self and other destructive' and has disqualified us of true love-worthiness.

We have then attempted to live in fear and to attempt to become successful - yet without a real basis of shared worthiness - all our self-becomings are vain illusion.

Such lack of any real substance is accompanied by more and more concern with image and presentation and coercive pressures to conform to increasingly meaningless criteria.

That this breaks down is a sign of a deeper sanity - But the symptoms are alarms to wake up to having strayed and thus accept a process of 'adjustment' to become currently connected anew..

Unless we live and grow such a culture, we continue in a madness of ever shifting and conflicting 'self-interests' - that serve apparent short term interests of the mood or power of the day without ever engaging or addressing reality.

I write into such a forum in the faith that a deeper awakening of heart is called for - and not a continuance of tricky thinking and self serving opinion.

We have become prisoners of our own mind. The mechanism of 'the scapegoat - the dumping of our personal hate and sin onto others so as to then exclude them - is a childish magic that not only doesn't heal - but perpetuates guilt, fear and distrust and division.

Economic catastrophe brings with it the intelligence of energy use - of what in truth we can afford. Not as a financial consideration - but at a much deeper level of alignment with true priority.

If we want something that truly works - we can not afford to indulge in and manipulate the mythology and mechanism of guilt for personal gain.
This means we have to become willing again to honestly feel again - yet NOT react out of the interpretations that first arise, but instead grow a culture of support to move through pain, fear and hate, in order to regain a greater sanity.

Practical outcomes will never arise from imposed or applied thinking - no matter how ingenious the thinking - or indeed how inspired it is - unless the context of its working out is a cooperative willingness.

If our behaviour is truly undermining of and threatening to ourselves or each other - it is altogether appropriate that we meet with proportionate restraint and a process of education appropriate to the nature of the situation.

True citizenship is being usurped by a mindless manipulative madness that is its own sin and punishment both. Life lived truly arises from the law of love - and it is this that must be our compass: love.

It is seemingly impossible to reach those who are prisoners of their own thought - for they create an exclusion zone and will not listen. Yet it is impossible to suffer such exclusion of one's own heart and know peace, joy or true fulfilment.

We are all in this - life - together - but not in the way our thinking sets up. A change of heart is a change of the basis of all our thought.

Internet for all? (Martha's manifesto)

 The technological environment is changing to bring a simplified internet interactivity with the incoming tablet computers. These will start out relatively expensive - like an ipad, or smart phone device, but become cheaper as those (who may not otherwise have or want a computer), discover their ease of use and adopt them.

The arena in which the Government may be able to assist, encourage or facilitate, is related to the connectivity services and charges.

But there should be no compulsion employed in pushing Internet access onto those who do not want it.

And there are very significant reevaluation - including and beyond a true accounting - that needs to be made regarding the true cost of using computers.

To be a pusher of something that makes us overly dependent on external things that are outside our control is yet another step of losing the Soul in order to gain slavery to fear. That said - the things of this world can be used in service and cooperatively in ways that are life positive. So what is required - as always - is discernment and wisdom.

There are and will be contests to control and gain power in this as in any aspect of the world - at various levels from the corporate market place to governments and their intelligence agencies. 

We all know the mind of manipulation and the attempt to control yet because we still believe it is the way to get what we want, we remain essentially gullible and manipulatable.

The Internet has aspects that lends itself to shared resources of information as never before. 

The Internet has aspects that lends itself to surveillance and control as never before.

The development of the Internet offers a potted history of the human mind as never before.

The technology of the Internet offers a subtler language for the understanding of the mechanical aspects of our minds than we have ever had before.

Until we understand our own mind in its programmed nature - we will replicate the same essential conflicted outcomes in everything we endeavour.

I realize I am writing beyond the scope of the article - yet the presumptions of the mind will not be exposed to a true evaluation while they run unquestioned - as if they are self evident truths.

As human beings, we are tending to attempt to replicate life - to make life in OUR image. To map and construct a  world accountable to our will and understanding. As if our will and understanding must be forced onto life - as on the natural world, as onto other cultural perspectives and onto each other and upon our selves- for “its own good”!

There is a deep violence implicit in this approach - for we do not first listen and find communion with life. The endeavours and choices we take from such a starting point serve a different purpose than those we take from a self concept derived  - and essentially fear based - consciousness.

Is the inevitable outcome of I.T consumers - that we become computer chipped 'dreamers' plugged into a neural net - not unlike the humans in the pods in the first Matrix film? Fed with pseudo experiences that substitute for our Soul responsibility? Or is that - one way or another - already the case - but becoming more explicitly manifested?

What would we do if a tyrannous intent - was exposed at work in the network at a level we couldn't escape without unplugging? And which provided or enabled enough goods and services to maintain a sense of personal security. Perhaps this fear will prove groundless - but the inclusion of dissent as healthy is less and less noticeable in a collective media that makes entertainment and dumbed down propaganda out of the News of the day.

Environmental Consciousness

Current mentalities on the environment are subtly at the source of the problem. Of course one can focus on one facet of a multidimensional issue and identify a fearful or adverse outcome or enemy and righteously align ourselves against it - but see how dumb so much of this becomes and how easily it is reduced to 'good' and 'evil' polarities not based on reality but on currently prevailing perceptions.
There is a fundamental waking up that is called for - and the nature of this waking is to the nature and politics of our own mind-set.

To be human has been defined and asserted as a private mentality in an independent organism that can then possess and exploit its own life and its own world.Writ small, this was largely held in check so as not to damage or undermine too widely - but now it is writ large in the corporate and consumer mentality that has no real relationship - no basis for love or joy - beyond the short term selfish 'getting' at long term expense - and at the expense of others - of our and other cultures - of our natural world in companionship and of our natural world as life support system.

The desire to see the deceiver/evildoer external to our own mind is a scapegoat mechanism that has to be relinquished if we are to be honest.

Only by recognizing the pattern within our own mind can we allow a change of heart to change our mind. Such change is freely and willingly embraced for though fear may initiate a sense of alarm - it need not blind us such that we merely react mechanically in selfish ignorance again - and yet again.
The resources that are available to a shared will - and a shared responsibility that grows from the ground up - are inconceivable to the mentality of separate and competing interests.
But without the awakening of a true responsibility for our use of our own minds - we cannot but continue to be deceived, manipulated and mechanically driven into the further density of a self destroying and loveless delusion.

Good Housekeeping in a Good Home, marries the practical expression of loving relationships.

Perhaps it starts with ceasing to deny or hide from the desecration of the home we share - both at mind level and world level - and sweeping out the crap that actively undermines trust and communication.

Fear is always used to distract and manipulate attention. But wisdom is resting in the heart and feeling an issue from a larger perspective than what fear would offer as your 'protector'.

Mitigating symptoms may be a part of a process - but intelligence needs to awaken to the real causes. They do not require science or intellectual prowess - but simple and profound honesty - in a context of what has been called humility.

For all the blight that humankind seem to bring to earth it is well to remember that we can also be the very beholding of the glory of the living universe. We can feel and know true inspiration and be moved to share and live on an awakened basis - despite the histories of habits that have yet to be replaced with a more heartfelt and conscious valuing of life.

The good news is that - though we can sell our soul and thus lose appreciation of the depth and interrelatedness of all things - it remains held for us on trust - until we change our mind and turnabout.

There is much talk about cooperating with nature rather than fighting it. Learning from it rather than enslaving it. This is a simple matter to anyone who isn't blinded by their own thinking.

Mind control isn't really the work of the media, governments or corporations - but is an estrangement from our own nature that sets images and meanings and definitions of self and reality - above the actual living relationship that is always present - where awareness rises to meet the world as it truly is, rather than as we would have it be.

If inspiration and insight and guidance were truly desired - they would be simply available - and effective.

What do we really want?

This question isn't addressed to an intellectual level but to our heart. This is the most fundamental act of which we are capable; to listen within and discover the desire that is truly moving in our heart. Until we are willing to truly reevaluate everything from the ground up - we run on and within old and false desires that are not sane, but are false promise based on false premise.
Be creative in your relationships with everything. Be present in your own life. Don't let fear blind you  - no matter how subtly it presents itself as you.
When Spring comes the seeds that lived invisible in the dark come forth. But the thawing of the heart is the season of your own willingness.

The Good news about the economy

Here is the good news:

We are being brought to a willingness and opportunity for a fresh perspective that will genuinely express spiritual and cultural renewal.

This is an individual shift that becomes a social movement because it is the individual that actually connects, discerns and communicates, and yet find that others are likewise becoming receptive to the same relevant insights.

To give the focus to what is wrong is disempowering. It is helpful to use the experience of fear, conflict, confusion and loss as am alarm to listen more deeply - with a greater honesty than our superficial strategies would allow.

True spiritual discernment has nothing to do with promoting personal belief systems or manipulating the world or others into the likeness of any kind of god - spiritual or material. It is simply the willingness to listen in the silence of our being - even amidst the chatter or drama of the world - with the trust and desire to let truth be revealed.

Ingenious thinking is not the way to truth but can be clearly seen in our times as a deception. And truth is not ever an object of our thought - nor can it be used as a shield or weapon in the play of human conflict.

The real culprit is not the shadowy super rich or their bankers - nor the politicians who operate within the confines dictated to them by the 'economics' that are espoused and shared as if meaningful and desirable.

We cannot 'think or spin our way out' of the conditions we have generated for ourselves but we can uncover a fresh appreciation of truth - of reality. And then we will see from a different perspective and live from a new basis - even amidst the seeming mess and chaos of human relationships.

To uncover or be restored to wholeness of being is not a goal - but is both a starting place and a way of traveling. To live 'outside' the heart results in greed for self in a disconnected sense of specialness. It despoils and exploits without knowing what it does for it sees its own 'needs' above all else - including truth. It is NOT a sound or sane basis for good housekeeping or a loving home.

It IS up to us individually to decide what is of value and to honour and align with it accordingly. If we give value to what cannot actually fulfill us we simply become possessed by our so called possessions.

We are afraid of our Spirit because we believe it calls for sacrifice, but in truth it is illusions that are released. Maintaining deceptions is an enormous burden and strain - that we are accustomed to as a slave to heavy chains.

To take a fresh look in an honesty of spirit is not in any way the same as to rebrand or redistribute presentations of realty so as to extend or maintain the status quo.

We feel fear, there is confusion, we seem to have lost, and yet face more loss - with a mounting tide of crises of which we have a diminishing capacity to respond to. The underlying models and mentalities that we have grown and relied on are part of the cause of the problems we face.

Is there not a better way of looking at this?
Do I want to find it?

Out of the Loop

As our democracy has in so many ways become a farce with politicians spinning for position and privilege in an ever declining pretense to any real power for change, it is surprising that many are more than twice shy of getting involved?

The manipulation of perceptions is not the way to do business or politics or personal life - except as a short term deceit with long term consequences. Of course citizens use the same means to serve their own personal agendas and this is one reason why society has fragmented into alienated sections on so many levels.

There is a 'rightness of being' that can be felt and can communicate itself that is a different foundation from the self righteousness that we otherwise attempt to employ against a sense of 'wrongness of being'. In the latter is all the stuff of a world gone mad. In the former is life restored one step at a time to a sanity that the mad have by definition - forgot. It really is and feels alive - without needing hype and extra stimulation to prop it up or fuel it.

If a new movement arises - it is felt as a shift or change at a deeper level than re-branding the old with a bit of 'creative accounting' thrown into its makeup. This is a universal feeling and calls for aligning with a greater good than any of the personalities, parties or even policies involved. The willingness to work together is born out of the recognition of trust as essential to our mutual good. Despite history.
There will be those who still try to save only there own from ruin and this does undermine trust. We need to identify the mentality at work and address it honestly and not knee jerk into self righteous withdrawal from the larger process of communication that IS society.
There will be little appetite to get involved in politics from those who have been conditioned to consume and display as the expression of freedom.

It is to be seen if this political change sparks a resurgent willingness to engage in real discussion, participation and support for social and political change beyond a desire making life comfortable enough to go back to sleep again. For whatever the political activity of a citizen, most may yet be politically neutered by the indoctrination of the illusion of freedom that is fed out to 'consumers' at much deeper levels than most realize - otherwise we would not all have woken to find such a nightmare unfolding as it is appearing in terms of negative social change caused by the breakdown of the capacity to control life 'on my terms' - or indeed trust the balance such desire for power in market based models.
The sanity that underlies wisdom is nothing new - but the sense of life that is discovered by following it is indeed life felt anew.
To be wholehearted in  life is a wonderful thing - do not wait for politicians, but do be part of the health and heart of this world - and learn to discern the true and the false. They are seemingly mixed up because our minds are mixed up. Real communication opens a larger circle in which apparent differences can become workable in common purpose and a cause for a deepening appreciation of life.

Am I pleased with the election result (UK)

I am encouraged and hopeful that such shared purpose undertaken with good will can bring diverse perspectives toward a simpler more practical and therefore more unified Britain.

The nature of truth demands the willingness to release personal gain in favour of a shared or common good. This must be demonstrated by the leaders to become credible and desirable to the nation at large. The sooner this shift becomes a social change the more clear will become the positive steps that will lead us from out of our own spin, and into a direct appreciation of the life we share in this country and the part we play in our world.

The personal characteristics that are called for in the leadership are more important than the historical policies that are associated with them. To be able to remain in communication amidst passionate differences is a truly creative endeavour - and the way in which the outcome is arrived at is as important as the outcome itself - for an honourable process of communication - listening and speaking for the sake of a greater good than one's own personal agenda - is absolutely the way to discover that rigid minds in dominance or subordination to each other are not really strong - but joined hearts in the best discernible next step - are.

The tribal identities represent the aspect of the ego sense that gets its sense of self from difference - and from exploiting difference to raise its own. This is not an enlightened or truth loving way of living - in fact it will - taken to its extreme - cost us the earth - as well as depriving us of what could be discovered instead.

The time of rational ideologies that attempt to define and impose various truths without regard for true workability is also an exhausted attempt to engineer society or indeed allow mere market force to engineer society. For both of these are of the intent to manipulate others - or indeed each other.

The real deficit that must be corrected is the deficit in trust. Growing, maintaining and extending trust is a fundamental key in the rewakening to a freely embraced responsibility and the keeping of the peace.

It is not surprising that dire circumstances set the stage for such changes - but the change itself remains in the realm of the courage and conviction of the heart. In this we all play our part.
The heart is not the superficial emotional manipulator or subverter of reason, but is the unified intelligence that discerns and guides amidst variables and apparent complexities that otherwise effectively keep us blinkered at best and blind at worst.

Good housekeeping is not rocket science and a good home is more than a house. Our belonging in life, in our country and in our locality is not merely a definable externality but a participation in real relationship.

The view of the problem - seen through the problem - is insurmountable and we tend to focus only on tiny parts at a time and either live small - or shift ceaselessly from crisis to crisis.

But the willingness to take a step in a truly shared trust will always a discover the next step - and in time, a clearer perspective of the true nature of that which remedies the true cause of diverse problems.

It is not clever politicians we need - but wise ones - and wisdom is a gift freely bestowed to any who are willing to be truly honest with themselves and each other.

There is nothing that manipulators will not twist to their own usage - but the spirit of true communication is anathema to lies for it is more than simply information or words - it is an active presence of true authority.

The media are also called to serve more than the self survival that seems to be derived from the fuelling or feeding off of conflict and drama for the attention grabbing attention and sales or ratings.

Do I expect this government to immediately get wise? No - but in their willingness to share a common purpose may well be the foundation of a resurgence of wisdom in workable governance amidst the perils of the macro-corporate economy’s unchecked dominance and the ignorance of the value of the micro economy as it has been progressively eroded and denied its natural opportunities of creative expression by a false promise of a techtopian consumerism.

Debt is a modern brand of slavery. Who or what are the Masters of the modern debt ridden world? What are the actual relationships beneath the apparently separate ‘bodies’ and institutions. What is the basis of our ignorance such that we are so easily kept ignorant? We need more than cuts and ongoing mitigation of pain for the unfortunate. We need to get real. We need to ditch the attempt to rule by deception. Not just this Government - but as a society. Why? - because reality has caught up with us - and given us a real opportunity. Is this not good news despite the pains of readjustment and rehabilitation?

"Do Liberal Democrat policies represent change?"

The nature of the changes that I feel are and will increasingly be called forth are not yet within the vision of any political movement, but there are steps that begin to open to that change just as there are steps that continue to act as if the past is still the present.
Policies are a starting point and some of the Lib Dem policies have merit - as have some of other parties policies.
What I would hope for from the Lib Dems is a willingness to bring some fresh air in the way in which politicians conduct business and the way in which they relate to the public - and to the media.
Whatever party is elected will have to engage an extremely difficult job and the best way to deal with it is not to bluff and bluster with spin and reviews and reports and targets and statistical outcomes that mean sweet nothing and delay and obstruct the functionality of many services from running well.
The best way is to engage in real and constructive communication with the spectrum of social and political perspectives and having assessed what steps are possible and positive - to take them without apology or fanfare and do so with a positive demeanour because they are steps we can actually take together.

The new ideas that can offer intelligent response to our many levelled crisis have to find channels of expression and begin to register as a real movement that aligns with life and not merely private gain at common cost. This is not currently feasible in the Labour or Conservative camps because they are locked into C20th politics which is largely an ineffectual front on a relatively powerless job in so many respects. Who and what really call the shots? Where is themoney and the power - and where is the voice that can speak without its master telling it what to say?

The loosening of our minds and the widening of our possibilities has to find a way to happen for creative change that isn't just change for its own sake or to make a mark,
There needs to be a sense that politics is possible for all kinds of approaches and ways of living together on this Earth - so that people across the spectrum engage in political and social change in common intent and endeavour.

I feel the Lib Dem vote is a vote for their desire to serve the trust that will be given them as best as they may- and to break the stranglhold of the two party system that has a diminishing credibility.

Will the Lib Dems live up to any of my hopes? Not if we have unrealistic expectations from a consumer-like dependency. It isn't the politicians who lead change - but Individuals working in society.
It may be that any party taking office is essentially told what it can and cant do amidst extreme constraint.
Lib Dems may be less likely to pretend they are actually in power and more willing to open conversations that we are not engaging and which must begin to engage.

They have my vote - and I reject the notion of being told to vote to keep the 'other lot' out.The Berlin Wall could never come down. But it did.
