Is Credible Media Both Anti-State and Anti-War?
Above is an editorial that touches on the recent survey in which the mainstream media are reckoned to be negatively viewed by about half it readership. I don't know about the dwindling focus that even subscribes to its attempt to dictate the narrative rather than practice journalism.
In the Daily Bell context I wrote:
For me the credibility is not in any preconceived stance - but in the
extension and honouring of a genuine willingness of communication and
relationship.
In consciousness and in society - the balance points
need to be held to keep the space open for a healthy diversity. The idea
of centralised 'top-down' control has had its epoch. The force of such
denial and suppression of Life is a death force when identified with
exclusively.
The 'global agenda' may believe itself nearly victorious - but it can only see what its own Life denying thought dictates.
The
prepare for wtshtf CHAOS agenda may be shifting power from people to
corrupted forms of governance that corporations milk in true socialist
fashion while the bottom feeders get free-market freedom to race to the
bottom.
The mind's attempt to get Life into stone tablets or indeed
ideological premises is a conforming and limiting movement. There are
times to limit and conform our impulses - but not to set such moments
out of context and apply without discernment.
Perhaps we live in the
breaking of the wave and the only option is how we relate to that
process of change. Mapping control types seek better boats or
strongholds or places of refuge but a surfer needs to be the
relationship with the wave as it moves through them.
My feeling is
that the world as we know it is not as we think and that the wave is
breaking through us in a way that effects the breakdown of control in
the sense of a sense of private power over Life. Much of our illusion is
'made real' to us by reinforcements of tacit or overt agreements, as
well as the subconscious responses of deeply imprinted conditioning. If
we have no capacity to feel and know and act outside the box of our
conditionings then as conditions of support are no longer available, the
core beliefs and definitions one actually lives by are exposed - be
that personal or corporate. Humiliating - for humankind I do not doubt.
Humbling" Perhaps. Ultimately Life is what we make of it by our chosen
response - regardless the outer condition. We forget that and run on
auto pilot, many levels deep... until its time for a Refresh - or
perhaps just time to fade into the lifelessness of no desire for the
experience of Existence.
Anti-war is also war. To be wholly FOR
something as one's freely accepted or chosen path, is not to actively
deny any other possible choice by giving it negative charge of
invalidation AS a choice. Being 'against' something 'negative' is a
trick-device to keep it in secret while purporting to get rid of it.
Temporarily expedient at times, but the 'secret' of subconsciously
repressed or unconsciously denied Life is a shadow 'jack in the box'
that runs our lives while we 'live on the surface reality that
substitutes a guilted and fearful existence for Life, lived, known, felt
and shared.
The hatred of 'being controlled' is accepted over
against deeper fear of losing control to terror, rage and powerlessness.
An honest perspective cannot continue to pretend the surface reality is
not breaking down - and that there are ancient conditionings that it
was originally made to keep out or suppress. The Currency of our
conceptual framework is as bankrupt as the fiat money system. Indeed it
is a direct Reflection. What then is true worth, truly shared value and a
basis for a grounded Sanity of being? Old words don't have any power
unless they are truly lived and exemplified. Because all of them have
been debased, corrupted and rendered meaningless by what they have been
used FOR.
Purpose is foundational. I am attracted to finding fresh
ways to witness to Life, simply because I feel Life within me - and as a
result become more aware of lifelessness in terms of all that
undermines, invalidates and conforms Life to a loveless agenda - often
in the name of love. So this means I read the world - and the Media at a
deeper level than surface reaction - for I am also reading my own
thought and response as part of the otherwise hidden context in which
any ideas run.
Credibility is a matter of establishing and growing a
relationship of mutual trust. Not a technique of assertive targeted
presentation!

Insurrection or Ressurrection
Mike Adams runs naturalnews.com
His site has become increasingly reactive to 'evil agendas' and has expanded from a primary natural health resource to a fear-agenda propagation.
This article on a netflix series he sees as deliberately orchestrating attack on Christianity is an example. I do not say such intent may not be active - but that his involvement and experience with it is the result of his conscious or less then conscious choices.
Comment:
Ground rule 1: What is the purpose that __I__ am actively engaging in, because THAT is the determiner of the meanings __I__ receive and experience and then live out from as true of me. The 'world' I thus perceive and believe is then lived out from and shared into the larger mind.
Un-owned fears are hidden, masked or disguised in beliefs or self definitions that are out of alignment - are dissonant - with who you truly are.
The segregative and separate self sense arises from trying to unify self-conflict within a coercive will that necessarily deceives to 'self-protect' from pain of conflict... while persisting in the conflicting thought and belief.
If you can grok this, you can see that 'the lie and the father of the lie' is not any persons or group or power OUT THERE - but is the persistence within a falsely and fearfully defined sense of self - and therefore of existence.
BUT the meeting with the fear-agenda in relationship with others in the world is revealing a vibrational resonance that - if we are willing - we can use to de-cloak our own correspondence with.
This might be simply to more clearly recognize who and what you are NOT - and which has no belonging in who you now know and feel yourself to be and so it is not chosen or accepted nor given a positive or negative charge. Thus one is not triggered or baited into reaction, but rests in a clear connected choice that naturally and spontaneously operates through you - because your are whole in alignment for such is The Life.
It might be that self-honesty uncovers all kinds of correspondences of thought, belief an desire that one may be tempted to shut off in regaining 'control'. This is also a choice that can be made and being made consciously, allows the knowledge that there is such an 'inner territory' of unresolved conflict that you have begun to make relationship with instead of being programmed by without knowing.
There are any number of ways of relating through who you choose and accept to be and the core issue is being true to yourself and not living anyone else's idea of who they think you should be.
Films can be a way of accessing issues that cannot be safely accessed within the physical waking dream. But whatever 'agenda' is apparently behind them, you are the capacity to accept the purpose that can align all things to serve awakening truth - which is not the perpetual warring of agendas that serve to deny, divert and distract from true appreciation.
To know one's purpose, one yields one's own thinking to a true and simple desire and willingness for peace. For grounded sanity NOT of the thinking mind's making. And in the silence or the 'void' of a compulsive mentality does the Movement of your being register with - and as - your true awareness. A wholeness of being. Live from There.
Listing 'within' is no less part of listening 'without' for to perceive 'out there' without listening within, is to be deceived by your own thinking and flee or attack your own co-creations unknowing.
So look NOT outside for 'what is really going on' or for mutual agreement or reinforcement, for that IS the patterning or programming of the compulsive dissociation of the fearfully split mind in search of identity in power or validation - that seems to achieve it by undermining and invalidating the 'other'.
Look and listen and live from the within-ness of a wholeness of being - as did Jesus - who by the way was not a Christian - but exemplified the way of reintegrating and yielding up of the falsely defined to the Father - to the Grounded Presence of true Source Consciousness. Being Christ-ian is not an assumed or acquired identity in which to save or validate or empower oneself alone, but to yield into the Movement of Being that identifies you perfectly.
Focussing on the difficult makes fear the master, but sharing the experience of the easy grows the courage to move through fear. Doing what we love and enjoy and are truly inspired or desire to do, cant be difficult. Unless thinking makes it so.
I haven't watched the series. But if I don't get a resonance and relevance I don't persist in it.
One has to be free of fear-reaction to observe. It's unwise to give focus to forms of conflicting agenda without a very clear grounding in peace, but there are times when one is shown the nature of 'the beast' - as it operates within the human conditioning - and this may serve healing, because now you know who you are NOT - and regardless your brother's choices, nor is he - or she.
"Resist ye not evil" - says Jesus. What you judge gets to stick to you said Bashar.
There are superficial (fearful) misinterpretations of this foundation.
If Christianity is being 'attacked' then let the event serve a true resurrection rather than a false and fear driven insurrection - but of course as always, it's your choice.

Attention is like voting. What one gives attention to and what one then recycles out into circulation is a consciousness responsibility, because one's own consciousness is conditioned by one's own choices. What we learn we teach and what we teach we learn.
This makes a negative loop if we accept a negative agenda. It can just as well operate a positive loop.
One of the ways I know I have changed is that when baited by provocations, I am no longer triggerred, and indeed have a freedom of perspective.
I feel Jesus exemplified this non judging fearless embrace as an example to follow. But Christianity largely persisted the old religion of sacrifice as a basis of consciousness.
It is true that there is a rich symbolic level to our cognition and it is also true that a symbol can be worshipped (accorded worth and devotion) in place of the living reality - and at that level there can then seem to be 'war in Heaven'. But that is a war of symbols of light against symbols of darkness. The mind is simply at war with itself through the identifiction within symbolic image of the Living Relationship that cant be defined or attacked or edited, but it can be denied awareness within a mind that attacks itself and then points the finger away and cries foul!
If no one brought their attention of identification to the arena of conflict, the combatants would find it very hard to fuel their hatred. We literally co create our world-experience but then also filter and distort it through hidden guilt, fear and hate - which is often masked within the apparently good works and spiritual symbols of form and ritual.
One of the good things about all of it coming to the surface - as it is - is of being able to clearly choose - for oneself - who you truly are, and this is often served by stark recognition of what you are truly NOT. The fear of evil within manifests it without. One has to clear the blockage to one's own vision before one can clearly serve the releasing of others. And that is by accepting perfect love in your here and now - which necessitates releasing all the devices put up to protect against it.
Fear of love is the root fear all other crap unpacks itself from.

Something fishy in media promotion of sexual politics
The media is used to promote 'gender and sexual politics' in ways that are often divisive and manipulative. This article is an example.

Baby cannons?
"Make" them smell?
You do have fun with words!
Women's genitals have an odour. Everyone is unique and yet a vagina is recognizably vagina. All kinds of conditions affect the smell.
A disposition to embrace and appreciate and honour will align an integrated joyful health. Imposing a disconnected personal set of fearful self definitions, demands, struggles and stresses does not help the body in its function of serving you.
So much of what anyone tries to sell you is fear-based. That doesn't mean it cannot serve your loving - but make it your positive act and don't be tricked into trying to be someone you are not - or fearing that who you are is not worthy of love - right here right now - just because!
'Men' - Idon't know about 'men' - such a sweeping generalisation! Being true to yourself is the gift from which everything else can line up truly. What does that mean but a deep self acceptance of that you are - and that how you are thinking and feeling about yourself is very likely to contain a lot of baggage that you are better off without. But one cannot let go of what is not first owned.
Love is sometimes already like peaches. No need to paint the roses red - but you can; if you want to.
Love has no needs but to share itself. Fear operates a need to withhold and hide itself. Love communicates through the body and the mind and beyond. Fear uses the body to break communication and separate in a masked presentation that then seeks to get from rather than be be with.
Because 'men' can withhold their presence, women can wonder if it is something they 'did wrong'. No. But we can only relate from an honesty and feel good about ourselves. Which simply means not trying to be what you are not. When its ok to say one feels awkward it often suddenly frees up the whole situation. Love is so much more than vaginas - But they are also embraced and embracing as an integral aspect of your being. Even if you are one of the people without one of their own.
What is the purpose behind such 'articles' - what do you think the powers that lobby and guide and decide Guardian policy intend it to serve?
Perhaps a 'media cannon' to insinuate its ideas into your mind? Or promoting sexual identity politics as a divisive agenda whilst pretending to smell of peaches? Or feeding ideas of feminine identity that do not actually embrace, honour and appreciate what it is to be a whole Souled woman, regardless the particular challenges that may not affirm or extend that recognition to you.
Needs are both simple and complex in that the discernment of what exactly is called for or not called for in a given relationship or situation is not rocket science, but that once the mind gets involved along with emotional triggers and confusions the complexity can be like an impenetrable thicket.
If people beat about the bush and wont come through, they simply are not coming to share the love of life with You. Often we discover who we truly are only after trying out who we are not. It's good to fail at being who you are not! Now you can live more consciously on purpose - just being you. Joy to the world!

Re-directed History?
The story of the missing plane continues. Mainstream mostly focussing on the searching 'out there' and avoiding significant aspects that at least should be ruled out in any investigation worthy of the name. This leaves other angles in the fringe where they of course may be hoaxes, disinformation or simply imagination. But there are significant other angles relative to a possible motive of hi-tech weaponry patent, that may be relevant for this particular plane and angles on the technological means to 'disappear' it - as well as to limit reportage of its full facts by all authorities concerned.
But even if the plane has simply crashed and the weird radar anomalies found other explanations, the world we live in HAS such issues in any case. The world of fear is a world of secrets and lies that distort and deny a world arising in shared purpose.
This morning I read this - Flight 370 Was Remote-Hijacked – High Level Malaysian Source
It may not be true. It does deserve some consideration as a possibility - if only to be sure it is not true.
With the capacities of modern technology, a remote controlled takeover of a jet's functions is built into their system. (Some EU countries rejected this technology).
Since 9/11 this has been the case with very many jets built. This option already exists and might be operated according to its apparently original intent - of reclaiming control of a hijacked or out of control plane. Such a system could also be hacked or hijacked by enemies of the state or enemies within the state.
Much of history is directed. There are power struggles that are not reported. There are power relationships that it is felt too dangerous to expose or be exposed in.
While we have no direct evidence of the fate of the plane, we may conjecture, in a good heart, using all the evidence that is available - including the manner of such evidence becoming available and the biases of what is and is not being reported via any mainstream media outlet.
At another level, this event reflects back a current state of consciousness in the range of reactions.
The theme of being denied access to information - and of being fed disinformation, is a growing perception.
Fear works in secret and also can be propagated and nurtured in secret. It is inevitable that withholding, causes people to project their own fears onto "what have they got to hide?". Fear is contagious and can be destructive to sanity, but to the mind engaged in coercive force, fear seems to be both shield and weapon, while actually holding the mind hostage from peace.

Shock Jock mocked
(Alex Jones disrupts BBC talk show)
Alex Jones is willing to disrupt social protocols with alarming and alarmist warnings. The self-seeking can ONLY see the same in others. We all interpret and perceive wrongly and react from error when what we WANT to be true displaces honesty. This paragraph applies to each and all involved including those who watch.
The real conspiracy is a mentality of self-seeking that actively suppresses or distorts communication if it is felt to be threatening its interests. This takes different forms at different levels. In our own mind it may be a convenient fiction that denies an inconvenient fact, but at the level of corporate powers that have corporate investments and effectively ARE the power of the day (that governments are essentially supported and guided by), the stakes are felt too high to allow truth to interfere.
Mostly, the sheep remain inside their pen - and this refers as much to the so called 'elite' shadow leaders, as to anyone else. Disrupting the status quo seems dangerous. Look at the Middle East. But the status quo is no less dangerous as it becomes divorced from an accountability or honesty that it neither allows nor participates in.
Trying to manipulate outcomes via coercive and hidden means is part of human consciousness until it is brought to light and invalidated.
Now it may be that those who exert power as if on 'our behalf' believe that what they are doing is for our good, in our best interest - or the least of evils to choose among. But they are not in touch with reality but with the trappings of power, with that which speaks to power what it wants or is willing to hear. Power corrupts, and those in positions of trust have a responsibility to themselves and us to not use it to become addicted to its delusions. And citizens likewise a duty to remain free from the addictions of unconsciousness in passive acceptance of loveless, coercively marketed conformities that serve the denial of our true presence.
Presence is life that shares and shines and communicates itself. It is not to be controlled, but trusted, lived out FROM and discerned or received in others - especially when there is confusion.

Is it not time to move on now? There is no meat on the bone and the game is grown old. To live out from Presence is not coercive upon life - nor upon elites. But it has within it the capacity to refuse entry to that which would undermine integrity - and to give witness in presence to presence as one - for the outer forms themselves are not in themselves the issue, but the meanings our mind accords them.
Alarm may serve awakening, but fear and guilt shut the mind down. Discerning is in the heart. Abide in discerning and grow it. Controversy is the bait of distraction from the movement of our true presence. Hold your ground. 'You're worth it!' And therefore so is everyone else.
Alex Jones is willing to disrupt social protocols with alarming and alarmist warnings. The self-seeking can ONLY see the same in others. We all interpret and perceive wrongly and react from error when what we WANT to be true displaces honesty. This paragraph applies to each and all involved including those who watch.
The real conspiracy is a mentality of self-seeking that actively suppresses or distorts communication if it is felt to be threatening its interests. This takes different forms at different levels. In our own mind it may be a convenient fiction that denies an inconvenient fact, but at the level of corporate powers that have corporate investments and effectively ARE the power of the day (that governments are essentially supported and guided by), the stakes are felt too high to allow truth to interfere.
Mostly, the sheep remain inside their pen - and this refers as much to the so called 'elite' shadow leaders, as to anyone else. Disrupting the status quo seems dangerous. Look at the Middle East. But the status quo is no less dangerous as it becomes divorced from an accountability or honesty that it neither allows nor participates in.
Trying to manipulate outcomes via coercive and hidden means is part of human consciousness until it is brought to light and invalidated.
Now it may be that those who exert power as if on 'our behalf' believe that what they are doing is for our good, in our best interest - or the least of evils to choose among. But they are not in touch with reality but with the trappings of power, with that which speaks to power what it wants or is willing to hear. Power corrupts, and those in positions of trust have a responsibility to themselves and us to not use it to become addicted to its delusions. And citizens likewise a duty to remain free from the addictions of unconsciousness in passive acceptance of loveless, coercively marketed conformities that serve the denial of our true presence.
Presence is life that shares and shines and communicates itself. It is not to be controlled, but trusted, lived out FROM and discerned or received in others - especially when there is confusion.

Wake up Narcissus! - (Black Mirror)
Media hypnosis may not be accurate as a term, but there is a kind of mass hynosis passing of as 'consciousness','culture', 'communication'and 'relationship. This virtual 'reality' is both the individual and collective ego - that is a kind of mask that becomes identified with and substitutes for reality - for consciously shared culture expressing true relations.
Technology is a mixed bag - because our mind is a mixed bag. The extended powers of communication and control are matched only by the ever mushrooming flood of distraction and misinformation along with a disappearance of privacy.
The illusion that has most glued to their internal screen is of the central character acting out an independence of power, prevailing over and succumbing to a current adversity in a never ending soap. It is a kind of tacitly shared unconsciousness in which a fantasy self can be indulged. But unconsciousness can hardly BE shared. It is a matter of all agreeing to 'look away' from what would upset our personal apple cart.
There is a degree of checks and balances within the game - that work to prevent or at least minimize the worst excesses of power. But these have increasingly been undermined by an ever more ungrounded mentality that is reflected in our current financial insanity.
The desire for unreal or fantasy experience - did I call it unconsciousness? - is provided for because it is demanded. One cannot make a horse drink. And the pattern of the mind in its passive aggressive split plays out as the victim and the victimizer, the controlled and the controlling - as a sort of war in which real communication is the first 'casualty' - because the desire to play the role is greater than the desire to be consciously whole in true relation. The stimulation of the dynamic of conflict is addictive and the addict lays waste to his or her life in a hollowing out of a madness given power over heart and mind.
Charlie Brooker's Black Mirror is one of the voices that doesn't simply extend a mesmeric invitation to unconsciousness - but prompts the viewer to wake up. To shift from passive stupor of 'accepted reality' into a responsibility of discernment. The mind-in-its-illusion doesn't want to wake up and will do anything to reassert 'control' - but the perspective of awakening is indeed freedom and is worth anything to abide in the full and hearty appreciation thereof!
Waking to fear is not all the way - the fear is an alarm to bring attention present and NOT a call to war. War is the mind in which communication has been usurped and denied. Just say no!
Speaking truth to 'power' is of a desire to heal and to share sanity. The insane are never wholly 'out there' for we are all subscribers to the fantasy channel but in various shifting alliances of a mask that keeps a true and present conscious-ness at at bay - on hold, out of sight.
These games always end in tears or in some prodigal wasteland.
But at least that cuts through at last to the heart that feels and reconnects with the stirring of truth remembered, beneath the great projection.

Information, media, perception, manipulation and discernment
An apparently inconsequential article on Bloomberg.com led to this writing on the issues around perception and sharing information, along with the distortions that a manipulative intent bring into play.

Perception is thought and can be manipulated, but the medium by which that is effected can and does turn against the manipulator.
Perceptions and thoughts can naturally share as expressing a sense of value or truth of an undistorted experience of life.
Whereas the payload of a manipulation is hollow once the halo wears off, and has to be repeated and maintained as a promise of value in order to 'survive', true communication expresses a tangibly shared sense of worth and connection that is already present but is illuminated through the sharing.
These issues are at the core of our own self or mind, which is conflicted in the attempt to have both, and so loses the capacity to tell the difference and suffers its own illusions.
The 'Information age' will be short, because its foundation is divorced from wisdom and discernment. However, it's failure will provide the conditions for their advent.
This isn't about Apple - (or any corporate entity) - and the media, (which is now fragmented and yet in mainstream sense is a corporate entity with its own agenda).
The issues of privacy and control, trust and integrity are implicit in all that we do - but in the rapidly changing world of today, they can no longer be templated and enforced in the way that worked before.
Learning to discern is not a 'better handle on the world' but an awareness and wisdom in which to transcend and harmonize - and even heal - the divisions of self. It isn't just for dealing with crisis or applications of rebranding our identity with 'out of the box' ideas - but a living framework that holds and extends a true sanity and abundance of being.
Big promises! - but really its simply that the foundation determines all that comes forth from it - and a false foundation cannot be gotten to work even if one spends the whole world in trying. Even our best thinking tends to substitute for an actual checking in. Running on a template identity is already a loss of the immediacy and vitality of living.
I don't write to set up a right and wrong mind and then position myself as its owner, so much as desire a world in which communication and manipulation are discernedly not the same.
Another word for manipulation - in the sense I am using it - is war. This is the personal sense of prevailing over or suffering attempts to be prevailed upon. Backstage, it is a collusion in which truth is ignored in order to play the part and take the ride.
Truth is not a weapon. When we attempt to use truth or manipulate, we are used by deception and suckered into dancing its tune.
"Truth is the first casualty of war" should read, "of the war-mind". Because it remains true regardless of our subscription. But once we take the bait we tend to run with it until we wake up some time later.
Thanks for hanging in with an opportunity to reflect if you feel moved to. Concepts are crude tools for sketching the qualities of life that can never fit in the database template of which concepts are. But that is also where our attention is accustomed to seeking information and answer, so I try to open a perspective that hasn't got a voice in the accepted thinking or culture or our times.

A daily dose of flu news that is fear pretending to be news
The fixation of the flu news as one ongoing drip drip drip source of anxiety among many feels to me to be part of 'selling fear'.
Now if there is to be even a pretense at a news service - let us have some indications of actual and proportionate new information - such as what are the usual statistics for flu during recent years and is this year any different. And the medical facts around the conditions and efficacies of the course of treatment for different sections of the population.
News services these days feel more like the mind control mechanisms of fiction such as Brave New World or 1984.
The study of health is not funded or promoted beyond a lip service to such as diet and exercise - without examining the psychic and emotional underpinnings that are also a vital part of the picture. To live in fear is to be sick-minded and amidst a constant low level anxiety where any and every kind of bogeyman or plague is about to befall us.
Now for anyone who gets sick and suffers - I have only the most heartfelt desire that they find not only returned health - but rude health - joyful health - a disposition of radiance!
Where might that come from?
From the heart's awakening to its true nature.
I'm not saying don't use medical assistance - but I am recommending to not act our of fear in whatever we choose to do - or at least, to take a direct look at the way we can so easily become deceived by our own fearful thoughts and emotions as well as becoming taken over or manipulated by pests that take advantage of a weak constitution.
