Blame sick

Derek Thomas: Tory MP apologises after claiming diabetes is avoidable 'through good diet and exercise'
The MP for St Ives' comments were branded 'preposterous and extremely hurtful'

Note the focus of the "news" is promoting and inflaming blame culture. Not correction of an error and a clear communication as a result. Blame-thinking - like guilt-thinking operates as the obfuscation and breakdown of communication. Dietary responsibility (on all levels) is the LAST thing the corporate pharmas, feeders and herders want to occur - so they will, keep the truth away as if it were threat. Meanwhile the foxes run the henhouse.
Responsibility is a CURRENT and innate capacity of choice. Blame is the denial of the presence of such life in the hatred of an un-owned, denied and unrecognized aspect of oneself. For blame is the attempt to GET RID of guilt and guilt is an invalidated sense of self - usually entering in through fearful self doubts and confusion of identification with self-image - rather than self-honesty.
The attempt to control life inevitably leads to fear, guilt and sickness management.  But no one can listen to or receive life who is set in reaction as if locked in past imperatives of control. There is a need to find new and better ways to look at... everything. However, one will find every defence for sickness and against healing - because such is the nature of a mind seeking to assert and maintain control - even at cost of happiness, health and life.
What is the nature of this control? Is it not the intent to cover over and protect from the fears that overwhelms us - howsoever our mind is 'escaped' from what it fears to be guilt or blame?
The first order of sickness is in our definitions of ourselves and life. Just because we make insanity normal, does not make it natural. But our definitions are invisible because we accept them as 'the human condition' rather than see they are the results of conditioning - that can be changed - if there is willingness to embrace life.
A diet of blame guarantees sickness by propagating guilt that invalidates sharing life in seemingly unarguable assertion.

Graded or degraded?

Smoking cannabis WILL affect students' grades, says new report
- particularly if you are studying maths

A curious initial discovery for many who experience the shifted perception afforded by a somewhat forced biological drug effect, is of breaking the spell of a mask by which their perception had been itself confined and conformed to a coercive and fear driven agenda.

But without a true grounding of self honesty and relationship that embody such honesty, the apparent freedom of perception merely becomes conformed to a subtler version of the masked agenda that is essentially an expression OF a fearful self definition.

Targets and "incentives" and blame culture do not make society function harmoniously - but the reverse! Look up!

So in some sense the 'dropping out' from a false motivation for doing anything can be a preparation for finding and living from a true foundation. This, however is a matter of self-honest willingness for life and not the manipulation of consciousness.

"what’s gone wrong and who is to blame?"

Coalition Britain: how has David Cameron affected the UK's reputation?

Few dispute that the UK has lost influence on the world stage – but what’s gone wrong and who is to blame?

When I read the heading - and particularly the sub headline - which titles this entry, I felt no call to read further - for anything predicated on such basis is inherently meaningless or insane.

- - -

"what’s gone wrong and who is to blame?"
This sort of poor excuse for 'thinking' is the nature of the 'problem.
Clarify the definitions - the foundational lens through which we cognize, and all else reveals itself.
Investing in "what’s gone wrong and who is to blame?", may operate in the guise of self protection or an expansion of the capacity to control or manipulate an outcome and thus everyone may willingly blind themselves to the whole - and their integral part within it - in favour of a self-assertive 'divide and rule' mentality that is essentially at war with Life because it is at war on one's self.
There IS a natural honesty of being that CAN be experienced THROUGH willingness and desire to have it. Although the act of exclusively focussing upon or 'seeing'. "what’s gone wrong and who is to blame?" will provide a script of self-justification - a justifiction - in which the OTHER or the EXTERNAL carries the major "blame", it simply operates as a deceit by which to choose against the true of one's being and SEEMING to 'get away with it'.
However the symptoms of DIS-EASE are packaged, toxic debt is the false currency operating as guilt - backed by the FEAR-standard. To base our identity in fearful and shameful - BLAMEFUL - self-definition is to GUARANTEE war, scarcity, deprivation, dysfunction, loss - oh the list goes on but you get the drift.
To drift into a negative or self-fragmenting disposition is a result of NOT living consciousness responsibility. However, we can never truly LOSE our being and it will pick us up the moment we open to listen and integrate with it. Responsibility is a NOW-ability of response, from re-cognition - from a fresh take - from a fresh take - from a fresh take.
Or one can defend a 'point of view' that honestly evaluated, has no true foundation in your joy. Choice is the nature of our human existence and disguising choice within deceitful manipulations is ONE of our CHOICES. One CANNOT change what one first does not OWN. The blame game guarantees non-ownership of false definitions through a sort of negative version of 'pass the parcel'. It works to keep us in the dark. It is a choice made IN the dark. But now you have read this you are within the responsibility of your conscious choice. You are not 'victim' to conditioning excepting you have yet to honestly acknowledge its operation through the use to which you put your mind. Live from a truly integrative disposition and KNOW your participance.

Attacks on the persona

Let there be no special case of ad hominem that has to be legally held outside of all else as if one has to be afraid of an idea.
When ad hominem occurs identify it as such without feeding its contagion.

But the thing is - that one has to have the courage of one's convictions to call out bully, bluff and bluster. If one has to get a law to protect one's feelings, then one's weakness and vulnerability have been enshrined in law!

Let it be clear that those who resort to making attack on others so as to invalidate and dishonour their humanity are invalidating and dishonouring themselves. It is up to each of us to be responsible for what comes out of our mouth as it is for what we choose to accept into our mind.

Context is everything.  Proportionate and considered response is appropriate to best serve to correct or realign with integrity.

Persecution is an expected part of Christ -ian unfolding. To live the truth of one's convictions is bound to not fit the expectations and demands of others, if one persists in one's faith in Life (God/Consciousness, Brother and self) notwithstanding, then fearful limitations will be purified or moved beyond.

Rather than protect feelings, we need to initiate compassionate education. I do feel to honour THAT we feel - but not to indulge them as if they are facts. There is always a deeper level of self-definition that gives rise to feelings.

Blame culture is simply destructive to the Human Spirit. Who loves to hate, is afraid of love. Without love we do not extend a clear presence into relationships and society. In a hollow world, fear feeds on the conflicted.

There's no success like failure - and failure's no success at all

Watch the moment when Great British Bake Off presenter Mel Giedroyc inspired a biscuit blunder in the crucial final moments of Tuesday's show.

This clip offers a great metaphor for ungrounded or wishful government interventions.

Supporting what doesn't work and cannot work and then being unable to withdraw without seeming to be the cause of collapse!

Of course it isn't only governments who enact this pattern. Our financial 'rulers' set up similar scams but usually make it seem like someone else is responsible - and buy up cheap assets.

But closer to home, our own mentality indulges vanities or wishful thinking that leads to lifestyles or relationships that cant work and will never work - and likewise seek to keep the appearances together until time runs out.

The politics (actions that express and define our society) of today seems so much focussed on 'keeping appearances together', such as to be a war on our own mind - where what is actually going on cannot be addressed or even acknowledged, and any attempt at communication is subverted into polarized denial device such that persons and 'blame' get to dominate as the maintenance of the delusion of the status quo and the entertainment-distractions of self-righteous opinion.

It is perhaps a matter of how much we have invested in the appearances of something that lacks integrity or true worth.
There is actually a great freedom in not having to keep it all up any more. "I cant do it" is a simple and liberating honesty that - accepted - lets the chips or indeed the biscuits - fall where they may while resuming a Real Life. Everyone has one and is one - but its back in a closet because it doesn't look like an Emperor's outfit.

Maybe one has to do the utmost while a ship is going down until baling out or making rafts is no longer possible. But essentially what we invest in - where we give value - will become foundational to all that comes after.

Hard to credit that this 'bake-off' isn't a set up. The implanted pathetic one for whom the audience cringes at their somewhat sadistically written scripted presentation. But life also imitates art and a nation of telly-tubbies rises to mimic the culture that is quite deliberately fed them - or does a desire for unconsciousness demand to be fed one way or another?

There's no market for anything sane - what does that say about the mind that manipulates what once was a vehicle or focus of exchange of Goods and Services. (Capitalized to draw attention to that life is good and service to life serves all).

One might claim life is not good and that if you don't serve only yourself - no one else will. Such is the power of our investment in ideas. We really don't have to set up a life or world that fails. We simply need to re-visit the definitions and ideas we are already investing in that are not honestly working for our life, our world - without blame - so as to let go of what does not work and can not work - and bring our willingness to what is already working - and cooperate with that!

Humiliation goes with the territory here. If we cant release a self-specialness then we cant embrace the native integrity of our being. A mindset of blame, shame and guilt absolutely forbids any real engagement with problem or solution , and which cannot be effected by 'divide and rule' mentality. But if that is almost all one has ever known, how could I get this message across? I say 'almost' - because no one is totally without some stirring or moment of being seen, accepted, honoured or embraced in a quality that demanded nothing of them and let them be themselves.

NHS falls prey to the politics of perception, invests in maintaining deception.

NHS Hospitals Spent £2m On Gagging Orders For 50 Potential Whistleblowers

The emotion-backed opinion and demand that has been sold to the public as freedom to choose, market force efficiency and accountability for 'delivery', made into policy and legislation and enforced with self righteous blame and shame methods ... is coming home to roost.

Instead of a real relationship in which needs are discerned, and met proportionately with due priority, we have blind systems that divide everything into disconnected parts and then attempt to join them together in such a way as to tick the right boxes. We have people working so as to appear to be working or so as to account for their work in ways that undermine and disrupt their work.
That it is not bedlam is only because underneath all this nonsense, people actually care. They also care NOT to be vilified, penalised, deprived of funds or employment, and so mostly, common sense and uncommon discernment, are withheld from open communication.

Surely, the attempt to make humankind - and treat humankind in the image of the automaton, is simply a reflection of a certain kind of thinking - that itself is a loveless mechanical mode of manipulating externals with no regard whatsoever for the truth.

Now this mentality may seek to define truth and indeed prove that if there is such, it is current best theory or un-understandable scientific esoterica, but I am talking of the truth that can be felt, can be shared, can be honoured and trusted - and without which no human society or sanity is possible - indeed insanity depends on such truth to exist as a distortion - for it is a distortion of SOMETHING SANE.

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
    The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
    Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
    The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity. (From Yeats: the Second Coming)

What is the 'Second Coming' but the dawning in our mind of what is already in it but had been denied for self-seeking vanities? A Prodigal remembering.
And what is the emergence of the 'beast' but the exposure of the basis of a lovelessness which substitutes for a real relationship?

'It' will seek to apply ever more controls and rules and manipulations to 'engineer' a solution, but living relationships are not like mechanical systems that can be redesigned from an outside view, but must be rebuilt in trust and honest communication from within.

'Insanity who really cares, propaganda - all is phoney' sang Dylan. Opinion is a mask, we need to establish the conditions in which real communication can occur. We must grow trust from an honest account of where we really are - rather than presentations that meet 'correctness'. maybe it simply starts in our mind within ourself - but must extend as discernment and prompt call forth, or we deny the answers to our need.

Coercive intent does not promote health!

Posted on a page at the Telegraph regarding the plans to make trainees have to pass a year as a health care assistant, looking after patients’ basic needs, rather than giving medical treatment.
- - -

One does not improve the quality of care by adding more layers of onerousness but by recognizing the already onerous impositions upon the situation - and releasing the onerous element.

Kindness is not 'added' by training but lost to fearful conditions and perceptions. By cultivating conditions of so called accountability (blame), we cripple ourselves in every way.

To engineer human beings is an attempt to force them to be as human thinking  would have them be, and such thinking as has become machine-like and indeed quite lacking in humanity.

Real relationships are the key to everything and this must begin or be founded upon a real relationship within ourself. While people seek to suffer a lie as if it were true and tacitly join in such mentality, they have no voice, offer no witness and sacrifice their essential kindness to a tyranny of imposed dictates - whose thinking is so conditioned into our mind that we do not see the false from the true and are easily kept in line with 'disincentives'.

Yet such a society becomes increasingly unable to operate in more of a wholeness, but only the part for which it is fitted, trained and paid. The fragmentation of our shared being into specialized machine parts is a violence upon us when it is motivated or held in place by fear.

Real relationship is the most subversive activity to the machine-mind and yet seeks not to overthrow or hurt, but to extend and grow trust and true communication - despite having to live within an empire in which 'Caesar' demands his dues.

Love is not a manipulation or trading of special favour - but the very heart and nature of existence - and this CAN be uncovered in any situation as either the truth of what is going on - or the essential aspect that is blocked, or denied and thus called for.

Love in action is a discernment arising from an actual connection of actually relating or listening or truly seeing, and is supported by training.

The desire to help and serve others is a calling in our hearts that may lead us to choose to be a nurse or a teacher or an anything that can serve a genuine need. There is no place for a 'Calling' in current thinking and sadly, when new thought 'discovers' it, it will be yet more 'good ideas' applied ignorantly.

Everything in our thinking is tending to divorce ourselves from our love and substitute it with a manual control. This is the world we create together, and it can only be a self-seeking that does not even truly fulfil the self.

Receive the reminder of your true worth by a willingness to see it in others in place of the judgements that otherwise see a number or a client or a patient as something to process, which is to say, don't see them at all.

As we give so do we receive. The world we live in is reflected moment by moment, according to what thoughts we accept and therefore act out from. But addicted to our thinking, we are not willing to look honestly at what seems to give us control over life.

There is some serious accounting to be made - and money is the least of it - though wealth scarcity will be seen to be inherent in the value system to which we have subscribed.

Thanks for the opportunity to share here.

A lack of cultural integrity - Staffs Hospital horror

I wrote this in a desire to look at the underlying mental and cultural context that is to my view, part and parcel of such inhumanity as has been uncovered in The Staffordshire hospital horror.

The ascendancy of rationality applied with a divisive and piecemeal analysis as a scientific discipline has subverted our thinking as a culture of control. This expresses itself as a corporate/consumer model when writ large - and a independent private mind writ small.

The emergence of digital processing technologies and connectivity has extended the reach of both corporate interest and of private consumption.

Information and communication have largely been subverted as a method of managing perceptions and manipulating minds.

But underneath all of this is the consumptive mindset of 'getting'.

The identification with 'getting' is considered normal or natural to us whenever we identify private or partial interests above true or whole interests, but it is compulsive, mechanical and superficial. It is disconnected from any true cultural inspiration and runs as a mechanical fulfillment of transactional tasks and targets met without actually expressing a relationship of trust. The lack of a community of trust is evident not only between the providers of the service and its recipients - but in the culture of the workplace and from the top down.

Devaluing human lives, in business and provision of services, subordinates real communication and relationship  to a pervasive culture of fitting into a machine that does not care and can not care. The combination of a blame culture with a litigious self seeking 'entitlement' as well as an absurdly cocooned risk averse orientation to life is a severely inhibiting set of conditions. Along with this is the corporate control of Big Money, and Big tech and Big Pharma, such that rich and powerful lobbies tend to set  or heavily influence the agenda in what they see as their best interests or simply seeing answers in terms of their own specialization or approach.. This effectively means people are processed for profit, in every walk of life including 'health care'.

The socialization and training of people to embody such a society undermines our native intelligence and buys us off with extra or extended powers of technical interventions and observations.

The idea that Man is a machine reduces us to the mechanical and this itself is an insanity or sickness as well as a blindness. The mentality beneath this IS a machine and needs to be seen as such from a truly living perspective.

The only way to renew a culture of inspiration that embodies the practical qualities of a truly connected or loving commitment in life, is by example. Where what people say and what they do is congruent, it witnesses to a power of life rather than power over life.

Society - western culture - is seriously out of alignment with the truth of life, and nothing will or can truly work when it works against our true nature and fulfillment as a mechanism outside the wisdom and guidance of the heart.

This is not sentimental - but a process that is transformational. The avoidance of real relationship is the refusal of life as transformational. The roots of our sickness are hidden by design and much of what is studied at the level of form is in fact the activity of camouflage and deception that works below the threshold of our consciousness. Our ideas shape our mind and reflect as our experience and behaviour. Look at the ideas that are active and discern honestly or be controlled by them unknowing!

Thankyou for your attention.

This is a general background response to the Staffordshire Hospital horror. Commented to an article:

Mid-Staffs: the inquiry has missed the mark

"The terrible failures at Stafford Hospital were not about resources. They were about deep-rooted cultural problems that top-down recommendations will do little to change"

Patients starve and die of thirst on hospital wards

This highly emotive headline and story appeared in the Daily Telegraph

Step aside from the 'story' that grabs emotional reaction, the urge to judge and to blame and to add yet more layers of control in the name of merely 'DOING SOMETHING!". Feel or discern the template nature of what is being shared as our 'culture'. This lack of real involvement or relationship is not merely true in the care of the sick and the elderly but in almost every aspect of our relationships, only in this case it shows up in such blatantly unacceptable forms that cannot be glossed over, or massaged with spin and statistics.

Look beyond the characters in the story and see the ideas that make the script. Ideas are not Manna - but insofar as they were ever truly inspired they are derived from a heartfelt and passionate involvement in life, in relationship and in a spirit of discovery.

The mentality of control has appeal to the unwary, because it promises security and extension of power, but what it delivers is so far from the real safety of our true being that it beggars belief.

To try to communicate here in this comment is also to invite or reach past the mentality of control, because it is so deeply entrenched as our default identity that it is not open to question or re evaluation and is perfectly defended in its own thinking and its own personal interpretive experience. It believes it already knows and it seeks to answer the experience of breakdown with yet more control - or failing that with a sort of passive aggressive disengagement; withdrawing to fight another day.

Without the context of a culture of ideas that support it, the heart or wholeness of being in action, has to work like a double agent, not only to extend true service to the need but to 'survive' or cope within a system that does not see it, honour it, value it or support it.
A little understanding is a dangerous thing in that a desire to 'save the world' can and does open only enough to the source of inspiration to get the answers that it then tries to personally impose upon the whole. These constant 'revolutions' or rebranding with 'new thinking' often disrupt what was already naturally working and introduce new layers of complexity and control that often embody the appeasement of anxieties.

What is going on is not so different from the self justifying thinking that we all tend to employ to justify our withdrawal or lack of true presence, in that we present the 'doings' of caring, the forms of 'love' or the rights of entitlement and protection.

The consumer society is not really about products and economy but about being herded, managed, medicated and CONTROLLED in return for a substitute life. This mentality of control does not impose itself on another, so much as grow from a passivity of caring and attention amidst a surface tension of chatter, busyness and distraction.

Like a spambot, we are each compromised in our liability to be hijacked unawares and this goes much deeper than our thinking itself can uncover because the basis of our thinking is part of the 'problem'.

As long as we see the 'problem' primarily outside our own mind, intent and involvement, we actually feed it by validating the terms in which it is set.

The problem of loving  - and all the fruits thereof - is one of resistance or refusal to involvement - which take the form of self-justifying fictions. The mindset of blame is chief among such fictions. Guilt appeals as a means of control but it absolutely undermines the functionality of all that is love from being honoured and embodied - and it makes its own counterfeit ideas of love as a sweetener for a bitter poison.

Common sense cries out at the story of this article - for anyone with no training at all  - but with a grain of compassion - could extend the basic humanity that would make such stories imossible.

There is a capacity for compassion - the compass of identification that includes others as our self - in all of us, but it is never the result of coercive controls founded in distrust fear and 'the need to be seen to be doing something' so as to avoid blame or litigation.

The extension of trust is our most primary creative response. It is not without discernment and is not giving in order to get but is the very Movement of Being Itself - which expresses as relating in shared purpose.

This may be corrupted in our thought but it remains uncoverable to our feeling and that direct experience is the guidance for our thought.
The arrogance of our thinking is laughable if nipped at the bud, but it is tragic in time as the misery of our human experience

And to one of a plethora of comments urging punitive response I wrote:

 Yes ! Stone them!

Nothing like fear of vilification, litigation and criminal punishment to bring out the best in all of us! Our God is a Holy Righteousness that will purge all the scum and filth from our minds and cast it out into darkness!

Please understand, the above is a dramatic device to illustrate a point.

Opinions are cheap - and emotionally inflamed opinions are reactive and ill considered. I do not say this to anyone personally or single this comment as specially so - but that the answers will come from a true process of communication and not from imposing rules and penalties. We already have the law, and if a situation calls for the law then use it.

Communication is so difficult that psychiatric or psychological attempts to facilitate it often fail. The mind is very complex and mimics the forms of communication in a manipulative intent.
We herd together in collusions of shared definitions - in the name of covering our arse/ass. That is to say a kind of emotional and psychological self protective impulse (automatically) shuts down real communication unless such impulse can be seen to be causing or reinforcing distress rather than healing it.

Is moral outrage is an attempt to push away the unthinkable and the unfaceable in our own mind? I say that until we have found healing in our own mind, we seek to effect it by acting it out on the world - on our relationships.

Of course there is a call for correction, but in order to see the true nature of the situation we must first make sure we are corrected of a distorted vision - and act and speak from the heart that listens and discerns moment by moment - rather than embody a mechanism of conditioned reaction.

Mechanical enforcement of a man in a mechanism

An article in the Telegraph on a growth of (a new generation of much more efficient) speed cameras:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/news/9536358/Speed-cameras-are-coming-back.html

Perhaps, this is a last moment before technology with GPS automatically enforces a maximum speed and all cars have to be fitted with it. And then it will drive the car - which wont be needed much because we'll all be plugged into a 'Matrix'-like existence that essentially medicates us with 'safe' pseudo experience; a managed 'reality'.

Meanwhile... the letter of the law can always be smugly and vociferously defended by the self-righteous.

The casting of the motorist as an easy and legitimate target to attack, tax or limit comes out of a 'health and safety' mentality that has grown disproportionately to functionality. It also comes out of the guilt mentality of the global warming consciousness in which the car is cast as a scapegoat.

The application of a tick box mentality that is supposed to 'fulfil' duty of care or protection. Being 'seen' to support targets that are the blinkers of self delusion.

An imposition of rule enforcement that is mechanically enforced without any process of relationship, education or communication.

All these things speak of a blindness of the heart; a lack of wisdom.

On the other side of the coin, an idolization of independent mobility as a purely personal freedom - as personified particularly in the car - is also an emotional blindness to that it is - or WAS - much more of a danger than so much else that gets blown up out of all proportion. (As manipulators of a feeble media love to do).

What is missing in our society, in this as in all else - is a true presence of a heartfelt relationship. This is diminished and enfeebled in almost every social context, and in its place a mechanical template runs that runs as a system without heart or soul.

To drive with due care and attention, relative to all the factors present in the external conditions, and the internal conditions, is not defined or supported by such blunt measures as speed limits - unless and except as they are intelligently set and proportionately enforced with discretion.

To make an ass of the law doesn't serve to grow respect for the law. To make a tyranny of being watched, tracked and punished for even small misdemeanours is something almost everyone can recognize in their workplace today as a manipulative guile by which trust and communication are replaced with being controlled.

Reaction and opinion are cheap and easy. Laws made out of such emotional partiality appeal to the surface realities of our mind without discerning what the issues really are.

If we want a culture of a generosity of spirit, an abundance of good will and imaginative and heartfelt vision for a world and a way of life that grows a true commonwealth rather than hollowing out to debt and depletion, then there has to be a sense of the context of everything and not just the forms it presents. What comes from a meanspirited and joyless mind can only grow such a mind. The attempt to control life is anathema to life.

And yes the attempt to make special exception of our personal self from the rules of the house by which unacceptable behaviour is met with limitation, education and rehabilitation.

How exactly, do human beings wake up to their true nature and relationships? We are not machines.

Thankyou for your attention.

Doctors should report child abuse suspicions 'on a hunch' ???

In a climate of fear the 'machinery' that is likely to be set into motion by reporting suspicion tends to be blind, disproportionate and inquisitional - with guilt presumed regardless of anything anyone says or can show.

In the name of 'protection', a blind self righteous mentality is allowed to violate a family's trust in hysterical over reaction fuelled by a fear of being themselves vilified if they fail to be seen to act.

What ends up being protected - even worshipped - is the very mentality of guilt and fear that expresses itself as lovelessness and violence in all kinds of symptoms at a societal level, at family level and within the mind of a personal level.

What is always called for is discernment and a capacity for listening and communicating, that can both assess and monitor anything that might be an alarm. This discernment must start within oneself to BE discernment. There is no way a programmed template response can relate, communicate or serve to correct or remedy a need - especially when the prevalent 'culture' is one of shame, blame and vilification to be in any way associated with NOT being seen to fulfil the template requirements and therefore FAIL to protect.

Far from making sure that action occurs, a blame culture ensures that action is disproportionate, over triggerred such as to feed an alarmist paranoia, and a direct attack on those qualities of trust and communication that ARE present.

The horror, and a resulting hatred, of violence that human beings enact upon each other of a loveless intent and taking many guises is very hard to bear. The initial impulse is often to react in like kind to the energetic itself. To hate the hatred, and fear the fear, and to excommunicate and stamp out the guilt. For exposure to such, becomes experience of OUR psychic, emotional and mental violation, and few of us are awake enough to the mind's mechanisms of denial, displacement and projection - that personalize guilt as a scapegoat on the other, dehumanizing them, and find justification in righteous superiority and comparative 'innocence'.

Love in action needs to discern when not acting is honouring the truth of the situation; When action expresses a maximal and whole appreciation of shared interest - which establishes and communicates an integrity and sanctity of being, that can express forcefully but not coercively; That is trusted and held in communication enough to be able to itself extend trust and communicate.

The mentality that promotes fear and justifies hate is a deception, a manipulative intent. To fear it is to give it power, but to speak truth to power is to reveal the deception as it is.

If we are really so concerned with innocent victims, then why is the concern so highly focussed on very specificly selected instances and disregarding of so many others? Feel the bullying intent that would force the mind to comply, but don't become a victim by reaction. But see it as an alarm by which to become fully present and live from that, instead of from a set of thinking that plays out without love ever being truly expressed and shared.

The mind of deception 'divides and rules'. That is, it fragments a wholeness into parts, selects some parts and rejects others. This is a 'violence' against truth and life - for it judges as one part over another and denies the whole in which the parts are recognizably one.
A discernment is of the heart and mind as one and is an expression of willingness for true relationship and in service to all. You wont learn this from the media, but in a world tipping into insanity, it is the learning that is called for.

The 'mindset' of blame and shame is sickness that undermines any culture of trust, and communication. Love is not action so much as the field of trust and communication in which actions naturally harmonize. In which fear and guilt naturally rise to be corrected, undone, healed - rather than used to justify and perpetuate private self interests.

May the fear of love and the shame of an unworthiness of love be undone of their power to deny you.
May a desire to heal begin with a willing acceptance of healing - which is where the mind listens in the heart's guidance.
When you are truly listened to and received and honoured, you absolutely know it in your whole being. We can be that for ourselves  - and for each other.

Thank you for your attention.
