Precautionary Principle:

Meaning:

The requirement for substantive evidence for lack of harm with regard to a change of state such as the implementation of a procedure, protocol, or practice.

This means that new technologies, or systems of applied idea, proposed or marketed as for the Good, should be checked and tested such as to first demonstrate they are not in fact bringing greater harms, intended or otherwise, and that where harms of hazards are identified, informed choice is protected by law against fraud and malfeasance.

Doublethink or newspeak version:

Precautionary principle: (sic)

The elevation of risk aversion to such dangerous and paralysing levels as to directly effect the denial and breakdown of capacity to function as a living system of adaptive and thereby sustainable order.

Intent:

To break regulatory checks and boundaries to the introduction and imposition of new technologies as a theoretical new basis for life on Earth as determined by capture or usurpation of the power to define Reality and incentivise and technologise compliance to its behavioural and psychological definitions.

Outcome:

The boundary conditions of life are an expression of relational communication and coherence as a whole of parts seeking and expressing coherence, in which boundary states operate as communication within conscious awareness; NOT as social distancing of risk-avoiding lockdown states of denied fear, masking as controls that encapsulate conflicts temporarily but become toxic when chronic conditions.

Degradation and death are then the 'precaution' set against fear of life as change brought to conscious awareness. As the intent to deny, limit or shut down a life and consciousness that does not comply to the directives of protected fear.

Alternative Outcome:

Live, that you are, by releasing the habit of giving power or priority of resource to fear AS IF reaction of fear gives the voice for precautionary protection. It does not allow awareness of the underlying conflict that the triggered pattern of fear represents. Owning fear is the opening of a conscious honesty and extended trust as the acceptance of responsibility for thought, rather than the result of acquired definitions and beliefs that operate subconsciously as a normalising of conflict management and evasion or masking.

The Embracing substratum of Consciousness is our innate capacity to shift perspective, by releasing fixation in negative or self-binding conflict fascinations, of invested energy of intention and attention.

I am totally at odds with the paradigm of conventional science that looks on matter as an inert entity pushed around by external forces. The paradigm of quantum field physics does not separate matter from movement as matter is intrinsically fluctuating.

There is a possibility of tuning together the quantum fluctuations of a large number of bodies and creating coherence in matter through music. Human organisms could be a part of such coherence.

Artistic experiences are resonances in the framework of our quantum field paradigm. Their relevance for the self-organization of matter has been recognized by artists and humanists long before the scientists.

Conventional science is very far from the dreams, needs and wishes of people. It has no place for the spontaneous movement of organisms or the love between organisms. 

The precautionary principle is love's protection of an emergent order, that fear-defined identity projects its sense of denial or deprivation onto - as the perceived justification of need to attack Authority cast in terms of its own lack, loss, attack and fear of death.

And so replaced by private agenda of masking substitution in mimic and parody of life that has forsaken the capacity to recognise relational being for a world of its own making.
