The Total Failure of 'Intelligence'

The liability of weaponising anything is that it always turns against the one who would wield it.

Weaponising biology is not in the biology but in our invested framework of reaction to a 'model' given priority over Fact.

The total failure of 'Intelligence' is that of doing unto ourself what no enemy could have ever contrived.
That a breakdown of reason becomes possessed by opportunistic agenda is the propagation of 'enemies' within - as internal conflicts that are concealed because they each and together deem themselves too big to fail. And so everything ELSE must be set up to fail, as a controlled demolition of all but a core 'intelligence' delivered and consigned to a machine intelligence of global and granular controls - as if such a weapon against threat, instability or conflict can be wielded or itself controlled.

Logic running on insane premise will result in self-reinforcement for its desired premis and chosen parameters.
Garbage in; garbage out

The retreat into modelling under the lure of prediction and control,  replicates a pattern that runs in every mind running on guilted and masked fears, set in parameters of hate, as the attempt to externalise toxic pain and loss as if to get rid of it, and reset control.

True decisions arise from a willingness and process of communication and are willingly aligned in as a result of an honest and transparent account.

Coercion must actively deny and distort or frame communication, so as to segregate and set apart and over against. To attract allegiance and support it must mask in virtue to manipulate sympathy, and set it against evils to manipulate antipathy. It isn't a living being, but a masking by which to render the living into biofuel for running a machine substitution of lifeless parody given applause.
No one says you have to listen to the voice for fear except the voice for fear.
What we externalise as intent to deny and get rid of, has all the power we give it - but without any responsibility for such choice, because we wanted the weapon or device of leverage or evasion to conceal our part in it.

The most fundamental re-evaluation is 'what do I truly want'. If you have willingness for truth at all, you have to shut up or desist from listening to the voice for fear - because its job function is blind to who you truly are.  Being invoked to protect and cover the fear that you were naked - in the sense of lacking, invalidity, illegitimacy, shame or guilt expecting penalty against which to cover. 
I'm not calling blame onto an already running blame and shame mindset.
But that is what the 'system' is subverting insight to weaponise.
Don't apologise for your existence.
Nor seek to gain validity at another's expense.
Guilt is crippling, fear immobilising - yet these are the 'intelligence weapons' our and other presumptive governments seek to frame and enforce life in as 'normal'.
There is an offer for a world in which you will own nothing and will be relieved of consciousness, as if that is to be happy. A mask over a mind that cannot hear itself scream but will meet that if if moves at all from its dictate. The pattern is already observable. Only a further resetting of the wish to lock down and mask over, set in defence against exposure, is on offer.
