I felt to intuit into your question.

The question of will is framed by a 'particular fractal toroidal expression' that could notice one will through 'all that Is' as universal self-organising expression.

The human concept of thing or object in itself set in space is exactly that - an object model. Not a Field model.

The medium of conductance and capacitance, or indeed resonant oscillations within itself, is a parameter of the form of expression, and so the experience of conflicting wills or oppositional will arises from experience of dissonance and differentiation.

Will is magnetic desire: 'Know Thyself'.

Not electro or ferro 'magnetic', but the primary attractor and alignment of the expression of differentiation as 'what matters'

To desire and recognise light is one perfect resonant totality.

The force-will of human conceptual development is is a structural construct of oppositional or inhibiting effect.

The action and its opposite reaction are one field event conceived and thus perceived as conflict.

It takes two or more, but there is only one dance in all that is.

The human is not best described in terms of its body or physical attributes and adaptations, but as a Field effect of creative or spontaneous self organising qualities that have quantitative representation.

The eye is the then the zero point of resonant communion with all that is and distribute this to various centres or nodes of a system that unlike a computer, is open and closed, both. Life is Open or Infinite and structure or patterning within life is 'closed' but only relatively as a segregative cell, or complex of self-reference in balance with its embracing terrain.

The positing of demonic or dark 'will' is a meaning given to experience we haven't matched or balanced and integrated that is associated with active denial. In physical terms all is flux. Experience is the resonant result of interactive reflection to a universal radiance. Interference patterns are not just informational, but communicate. The communication of one in all, and all in each is not at the level of quantitative expression, but as a qualitative communion. At this point, part and whole are identical - which makes no sense to an expression moving across and parting the waters...

Our notion of experience is something happening to someone, or thought arising to awareness - but in truth there is not two - excepts as polarised expressions of a prior and embracing unity of which time and space are attributes to its own expression.

You may not resonate with intuitive sketches and its your blog so align and alight in your desire.

I call it sketch because it is reaching into the formless and allowing the mind to be used as an instrument.

That Communication is the underlying substratum or matrix of all that is - is the nature of giving and receiving as exchange of expansion. Sow and reap, and Garbage in; garbage out - except we cannot truly give what cannot be shared. 

A Course in Miracles speaks to this. Fear, pain and loss cannot be truly shared, but can be taught and learned as a withdrawal and withholding of attention from the relational Field to special meanings, set apart and given priority as a sense of separating or private  and closed possession and control. Mind-possessed or mind-control rather than truly and fully sensing each instant at Infinity, for none or the meanings we give, actually define the formless of which all forms are. Wonder is not lack but fullness.

The Planetary Consciousness is a whole (within a Whole) - but our current perspective may be partial, polarised and limited to conflict.
