Frozen fear under lockdown of the mind

 https://www.conservativewoman.co.uk/frozen-in-time-the-winter-of-1962-63/

A fundamental difference is the natural community spirit brought out under common hardship - as contrasting with the unnatural framing and control of covid support systems - that effectively pre stake the territory and regulate the framing of the response to perceived dangers arising from manipulated and magnified threats.

For example, I am not concerned with fear of contagion, unless it be of entrapment and complicity in fear-driven deceits - also known as ideological possession.

The word evil is 'live' running backwards and when fear is protected at cost of truth and the healing or resolution that only honesty to the fact allows, the hate of it is projected out and as if away from our selves, but that is not our self, so much as a currently invested identity, defended as our self.

The usurping of life and its protective support by deceit is a masked agenda set over a truly recognised and shared appreciation. If such a mask rises to terrorise or reset the mind to its captive  compliance, it does so with the authority given it by decision to lock down and limit a sense of self-lack, self-conflict and overwhelm or runaway chaos. This choice was not made in light, but was set up by a sense of self-awareness in a world of image and form, that masked over the light that simply is awareness, as a construct of identity substitution, such that survival and inclusion in the masking world of mutually agreed definitions or 'locked down meanings', competes and conflicts with who and what we simply and always are - but can actively forget in the attempt to save the self we made as a strategy to cope and adapt to a loveless world - made normal, and reset as masks of 'love' and concern by which to pass off as, and then operate through.

The 'mask' in that sense is a guardian that becomes a guard, to consolidate as the narratives by which to deny and defend a lack of substance against disclosure. Yet the lack of substance of an invested illusion, is the recognition of its release to a true appreciation - even though the experience may feel insulting and humiliating - and therefore clam up and mask over against naked shame.

Change and challenge are not only necessary but inherent and inevitable as the conditions of shaking off the inessential and realigning in renewal of  inspired purpose. Invested identity in 'New Robes' or even 'fig-leaf thinking' hates and fears change as the unmasking of a control identity set over fears that were never really out of mind, for they frame the mind and word we operate in as our current focus in image and model or mapping.
