Nasty and Very Contagious?

Previous no-doubt infectious scares have come and gone. That fear is viral contagion is demonstrably true - not only as emotional reaction - but as the basis of a new normal (sic) mindset upon which to institute a no-doubt world order, because if The Science is invoked as authority, we are to follow it regardless that it is invoked to shut down scientific or even reasoned debate.

Is your professed lack of doubt the result of conscious and conscientious enquiry of a result of taking things at face value - in terms of pre-existing beliefs and allegiances?
Is a lack of doubt a restorative to unified health in functional response?
Or an attempt to enforce 'health' to fit the belief system.
I have read very credible reports at attempts to demonstrate 'transmission of various presumed virus-caused infection that failed to find proof it occurred - but the BELIEF in contagion is so primary as to ignore evidences  and develop ways to test by surrogate markers that do away with such inconveniences.

Epithets such as 'nasty' for natural processes are telly-tubby thinking.
I do not begrudge you your problems - and the joy of untangling them, but the problems that arise from mistaken identity or false and falsely framed leads are a completely different set of ultimately unsolvable problems that effectively 'hang the computing process' in loops of recurring futility, and yet offer a means for the direct injection of 'contagion by foreign matters' by trojan deceit.

Proofs of infection often resort to direct injection of diseased matters directly into the brains of animals. The underlying question might be "why do we so WANT to believe in contagious disease, such as to seek and find only evidences and reinforcements to its premise?'.

This might expand to 'why do we accept external and social authority in place of standing in our own as a contribution to a full accounting?'

Toxicology, treatments and existing dysfunction as a result of attacking and undermining the immune function (life as homoeostasis amidst change and challenge), along with strain of persistent intensities of stress (fear mounting on fear) -- ALL provide worthy and fitting and treatable causes for disease conditions that are effectively patented and controlled by pharma-defined and driven virology.

By all means the choice is yours, but I write in witness to there being a choice, where the new normal has defined choice as an engineered, framed or shaped response to stimulus.
Ruling elites used to claim the noble lie was necessary to hold social order among those seen as unwilling or unable to live their own responsibilities. And so narrative or story became a matrix of control within which the demos was ruled by the hieros. The saying is, 'dont let truth get in the way of a good story' - and a good story is any that we have invested emotional energy in reaction that binds us to side within its frame.

If coronavirus is simply part of normal genetic material, then defining it in novel ways and associating it with a key 'cluster event', propagating it via blitzkrieg of a lockstepped media, while widening the net to include almost every respiratory infection or fever or death, and using known to be unreliable genetic sampling tests that are NOT fit to diagnose 'cases'. Then not only was it contagious - it was already here!

Consider the view the HIV is a normal and harmless retrovirus whose markers are found in humans, does not in itself lead to AIDS, and is not infectious - nor sexually transmitted. Then consider the frame of terror and hateful aversion and social exclusions that - for example - led to clinically fit young people committing suicide on receiving a 'positive' - which could register as such for a variety of other conditions that give a 'positive' - including flu, TB, or pregnancy - and then a baby is born into a firestorm of toxic treatments. Iatrogenic suicide is all the rage - but we might do better to safely express rage so as to connect with something true in the heart, that kill life to contain its conflicts.
